Jims Garage Door Repair

I called today to see if someone could come out to check some issues a garage door. I am used to companies charging an evaluation fee and that gets waived if you go ahead with the repairs. This company charges the evaluation fee, regardless of if you go ahead with the repairs. Or they want you to sign up for their membership. Decided not to roll the dice here.

My garage door wouldn't open/close on Saturday. I called Jim's and they sent someone the next day. Avi was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous, got my door (motor) working again and pointed out some issues at risk. Great service.

Joe did an excellent job. He explained everything, telling and showing us what parts needed to be repaired and options on what services we wanted to get done. He completed the work in a timely professional manner after which he went over the repairs and the bill with us. We were very pleased and definitely would recommend the company!!!
