Google2Gave me a decent deal which is why I did not give one star. However, when the project was done, there were corners cuts and unfinished work throughout. After I took a look at his work, I had them come out again as it was sloppily done. A year later, what his team worked on broke. I figure I'll spend a little more money on someone else who I trust will do it properly next time. Seems like a ok guy initially but I would double check his work and make sure that ALL of the work is done and is in good quality. If you are an inexperienced homeowner who cannot do this, I recommend you get another contractor you can trust.

Google5Terrance, the owner, and his team did an excellent job on our house. He treated our 100 year old home with care and thoughtful problem solving. Our roof was being replaced by a different company that damaged our roman columns on the front porch. Terrance arrived and immediately began looking for the right replacement columns and while we waited for the custom columns he and his team made major repairs to the roof and porch that had also been damaged. He also followed historical code to install framework around our house. Terrance is conscientious about his work and stayed with the project much longer than he anticipated due to the time it took to get the proper columns. It now looks even better than before! We’re excited to enjoy our porch again.

Google5It was a pleasure to work with T. Savage and crew. They completed a full renovation to a family home of mine. After evaluating, what stood out about T. Savage was his attention to detail and honest character. Without his guidance, I'm unsure how the renovation would be completed. He was able to navigate a myriad of options to ensure construction was within budget but also cater to the needs of the home. His firm provides updates through an app called CoConsruct which is very easy to navigate. I can communicate needs and want with project manager and track progress as it went along –this was important to me. Now, I can rest easy and see my vision of my home come to light. I am thankful to meet T. Savage and excited to continue with projects in the future with him.

Google5It's been about a month and I'm still in awe of my beautiful kitchen! The guys that did the work were very professional and respectful of my time and home. Mr. Savage listened to my ideas and was very helpful in bringing my vision to life and within my budget. I will happily use T. Savage Construction again for my home remodeling needs.

Google4T. Savage responded quickly to a request for a quote. He came out himself to do an assessment then sent his guys in for a closer look. I was quoted by other companies for damaged floor beams but T. Savage Construction was able to determine the cause of my problem was something far less serious. Saved me a bunch of money and a lot of stress.

Google5We recommend T. Savage Construction. The work stated in the contact was completed on time. The installers arrived on time, they were very polite, and cleaned up the debris before they left every day. Completed job in the basement looks beautiful. We have received compliments.

Google5Knowledgeable, detail oriented and patient are the words that come to mind when I think of T Savage Construction. We approached T Savage expressing our interest in replacing our front porch support columns and roof( removing old aluminum siding. T Savage Construction completed our project , being extremely organized , neat and did business with the utmost integrity . We did run into a small issue that was quickly resolved . We would highly recommend this company !
