Google5I would highly recommend T & I Services. I need my garage door repaired quickly. I contacted T & I and almost immediately received a reply from Zack. He came over, assessed my needs, and I had the garage repaired in a day. He kept his word regarding service and prices.

Google5I had a fantastic experience with this garage door repair service. Their communication was excellent, and they were so professional throughout the process. Not only did they keep me up to date on the arrival time, but Zac also provided me with valuable advice on maintenance. Our spring suddenly broke without warning and Zac was able to replace it and fix our garage door very quickly. I highly recommend them - 5 stars all the way!

Google5I was researching to find a garage door opener company to install an opener because my garage has a low ceiling. There was minimal space between the ceiling and the garage door. I found T&I and saw the positive reviews and pictures of similar installs like my garage. I called and spoke to Ellie who was nice and set up an appointment for the technician to come and access the garage. Zack was the technician and he explained to me in detail how they can install the garage door opener. I set up the appointment for the installation and Zack did a perfect job. To make the opener Wifi they installed the Smart Control hub which allows us to use the wifi app to open and close the garage door. Wow, what a nice feature! I highly recommend T&I for your garage door needs. One other thing, Zack installed a safety cable so if the spring ever breaks, it would not injure anyone. Thanks again for the great service!!!

Google5T&I Home Service customer service is top-notch. I called Zack in the morning, and he came out the same day to remedy my broken garage door. He was professional and knowledgeable. Zack gave two options with quotes to repair the door. I definitely would recommend Zack's services to anyone who needs a garage door repaired.

Google5T&I replaced my garage door & I'm fully satisfied with them for the full end-to-end experience. Ellie was super responsive in providing quotes, and modifying them multiple times based on my needs. She even responded during weekends and late hours which was much appreciated. Zack did an excellent job with the door replacement. He arrived right on time for both appointments, and completed quality work as promised. He spent extra time explaining how to take care of the door and the potential safety issues with our previous installation. Once I agreed to proceed with them, the new door was installed within 5 days! Couldn't ask for more.
