I liked them very much. I described the problem to them and they just gave me an estimate over the phone. But the problem turned out to be something else and that problem that they fixed was actually costing less. And the garage door is working perfectly well ever since then. I am very happy that kind of service and thankful for their being very honest. Their honesty was what stood out to me. I’ve had similar work done by other companies that wasn’t as good as this. see above, but initial impression is very poor. Services Rendered: I am seeking a replacement of a garage door. I have no idea of what styles they are, colours, nothing. All I know is that I want a insulated door. This place reply's to my request with, needing location and size of the door and style so they can provide a price. Is that all they want to do is provide some kind of price? They is very unprofessional in my book. How about setting an appointment, measuring the door, and presenting the doors and styles they represent.

Mark checked both doors and oiled everything, replaced worn parts and fixed both doors beautifully. He was fast and very reasonable. I would use his service again. I would also give his name to all my family members and friends. Services Rendered: The doors were very old and one didn't go up or down.

If I could give higher than an A for this company, I would. I called Mark at 8 am in the morning on a freezing cold day. He responded within minutes and, although he was very busy and I was at least a half hour out of his way, he agreed to come immediately. He came, fixed the problem (and a couple of other things that I needed that I had not told him), did not try to sell me anything I did not need, told me how to do preventative maintenance, and was gone. In less than an hour. Very friendly, professional, extremely competent, and decent. Services Rendered: My garage door would not close.

We called, Mark the owner answered and set up an appointment for that evening. He called to notify us that he was running late with another client, and that was fine. He replaced both springs on the door, lubricated and adjusted both doors, checked the openers and tension - a general tune-up. We used Travis Doors with the previous owner; Mark was an employee and is now the new owner, and is just as dependable and very pleasant. Services Rendered: My garage door spring snapped as I was on my way to work, and needed to be replaced..

Look no further than Mark for all you garage needs! He was on time, personable, professional and would settle for nothing less than perfection. His pricing to fix the broken spring was very reasonable, and he provided extra services without charge. The door never sounded so quiet when closing or worked so well. Thanks, Mark! Services Rendered: We had a broken garage door spring and the door would no longer open. Not only did Mark fix the spring, he lubed the door, calibrated the garage door opener and made sure the door was closing evenly (something he showed me by wear on the rubber stripping it hadn't been doing for years.)

Our garage door buckled and came off the tracks just after I pulled into the garage.........it was very scary because it made a horrendous noise ....I wasn't sure what exactly happened Called Travis Company ......they responded quickly came out told us what he needed to do gave us an estimate we liked him he stayed and fixed the (double ) door......we would certainly recommend him and also use his services again if needed for the other door.
