Google5This young man knows his business. His ability and customer relations skill are outstanding. Also a great and personable personality. Did his job, cleaned up the area and was on his way. He even helped me with putting casters on my compressor. In case the boss reads this, it only took about 10 minutes. Thanks for a job well done!

Google1Called asking for ball park pricing on jack shaft install. Would not provide rough prices on how much they go for. Didn't even ask me door size or building questions. Was willing to send tech out but would be $40 charge to tell me it's $800? $3500? Who knows. Weird way to handle business.

Google5Called Authentic with a heavy metal frame and glass garage door that seized up because of a broken spring. The tech, Erich, was scheduled the next day and quickly diagnosed the problem and presented a detailed estimate of the timing and cost for repairs. He then returned and carried out all if the necessary repairs. Service visit was promptly scheduled and I was kept fully informed. Staff was always friendly, efficient prepared to answer any questions. I really believe this company deserves a 5 Star rating.

Google5Armand was professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and took time to explain things!!! He checked everything thoroughly and made clear and understandable recommendations!!! He walked through the new motor system without rushing!!!! The experience was one of the best and I am grateful for his exceptional customer service and professionalism!!!! Google5A-Authentic sent Armand out the day after I called. He arrived within the time frame given. He gave me quotes on 3 different systems. He explained the different features of each. After I selected one he completed the work in short order. He helped me set up the app so I can check on the status of my garage door on my phone. The opener was a lot more expensive than I expect ed and I do not know how their prices compare to other companies, since this is the only one I called. Armand did give me a veterans discount after I asked for it, so that helped. The opener seems to be working fine and I am satisfied with the product and installation.

Google5Bernard was magnificent & performed our Service in less than an hour. He is a pro & left us with a functional G door That was back to standard. His Re commendation for a new door was reasonable & very appealing price wise. So we have decided to go with it. Bottom-line AAuthentic is the high standard we were accustomed to. Google5After our garage door unexpectedly stopped working, we contacted this company and we're able to easily get an appointment scheduled for the same week. There was fantastic communication the entire process and I always knew what to expect. Armand showed up promptly and quickly did all the repairs/replacements needed while providing great service. I really appreciate the system used to email/text and how smooth of a process it was for something that was new to me. Armand gave us great suggestions and recommendations of things that may be needed in the future, really could tell he cares about the work he does! Thank you!!

Google5I needed work done on my garage door. I was not happy with the services provide to me by previous garage door companies. Per recommendations of one of my neighbors I called A-Authentic Garage Door Service over the weekend. They were very quick in scheduling a service call. Upon arrival of their technician he gave me reasonable three quotes. After selection of one of the quotes technician Erich S. did not waste any time getting job done. He did a professional job within the reasonable time frame. Before he left he made sure that the job was done right and to my satisfaction. All I have to say is that A- Authentic Garage Door Service and their technician Erich S. is the company I would strongly recommend for garage door maintenance/repair/ replacement.

Angi5Reed had the problem figured out literally before the door finished opening to let him in (broken spring). He replaced the springs, the rollers, and cables quickly and had everything working again. We would definitely use this company again. Services Rendered: Our garage door was slow to go up and the opener did not sound like it was working correctly.

Angi5***SCAM ALERT*** My daughter received a coupon in a mailout from this company.It had "free service call $65.00 value! " written on it. So she called them , and a worker came to her home. He told her that he could replace the garage door, but that it would be $360 plus $180 for labor PLUS the $69.00 "free service call" ( a total of over $600.00!!). She said that was too high, and he then said would NOT leave the premises till she gave him $69.00 for the "free service call". She was upset by his attitude, and gave him the $69.00 for the "free service call" just to get him off her property. Later, upon calling the manager ( Emily,if i recall), I was told that the free service call was only with a repair contract(and it is in VERY tiny print on the coupon). She said if we paid the $360 for the new door, they would credit that toward the labor charge of $85.00 per hour. She told me it can take a couple of hours or so to put on the door. So now we have an additional charge of around $100 (the 2 hours at $85.00 each minus the $69.00 "credit" she was forced to pay to get the worker to leave.) This is a company that obviously targets women, in order to intimidate them into these unfair payouts when they receive nothing in return. My daughter was just told she "needs a new garage door", and charged her $69.00 just for that, and nothing else! If you want to do business with a company that will scam you, give this group a call!
