Google5After over 20 years of home ownership, the garage door spring broke. A1 sent Adam Johnson and Jay to replace the spring. They were great to work with, explaining the components with clear detail and answered all of my questions. They were able to get the repair done in a quick manner and were very transparent in the pricing, giving different options. I have multiple homes in the valley, so I will definitely go with them again should I need any more garage door repairs or upgrades. I highly recommend this company for how quickly they were able to come and repair the issue. They said it best when your garage door fails, it's like losing a front door and it becomes a wall.

Google5JR installed the new door and found a slight panel manufacturing defect. JR did a great job on the initial installation. Love my new door! The panel replacement arrived the next month and Troy installed it today quickly and perfectly. Both gentlemen were so professional and polite. 5 ⭐️’s from me for service excellence!

Google5Preston was great!! Exceptional customer service Beyond 5 stars He made our 10 year-old garage door work like it's brand new. Also.. when the door opens and closes it's so quiet. Google5Damien came out to help with a broken spring today. I was impressed with the promptness of his arrival (within one hour of calling) and the professional experience from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable and walked me through step by step what was broken and different options to fix it. They offer high quality services and an excellent warranty. As a female, younger, homeowner I am often wary of being taken advantage of. I was impressed by their ability to work with me on pricing and explain the true quality of the service being provided. They went above and beyond and I will absolutely be referring out in the future.

A1 has the knowledge, experience and technology that made my repair quick, efficient, and correct. Especially noteworthy is the professionalism and demeanor of Jaylund, my technician. Jack Zellner was able to quickly identify the root cause of the problem , paid attention to my needs and concerns, also managed a coordinated effort with his Team in order to provide a list of options to implement the semi-custom solution needed to fix my garage door. Definitely a top notch professional! I didn't give six stars just because they are not available. Also I want to thank his Team mate Bryan who provided his contribution to the project completion. He also replaced the bearing roller, checked small details, and even organized all the wires neatly. Josh answered every question I had with great knowledge and patience. Yelp1I hired Adam's to repair the garage door opener in my RV garage. They were great on the phone and showed up promptly at the scheduled time. The technician did a great job but ultimately needed to order parts to fix it. Was told the work would be done "towards the end of the week". I was happy with the service and even gave the tech a tip. Oh, and they charged me $330. After a week and a half and two reschedules, they finally came out to install t part (yeah, they missed the time to which they committed by a large margin). I wasn't in a huge hurry though so I did not think much about it. When installing, they realized they missed identifying a second broken piece. A bit disappointing they didn't catch it the first time, but mistakes happen so I was still ok with things. However, at the end of the appointment, I decided just to buy a new opener instead of repairing what we had - from Adam's. The technician said he'd get pricing from his boss and call me with it that day. He left my house at ~9.30AM. He never called. Never emailed. Two days later, still no pricing. I exchanged texts with the tech who told me he "was waiting from pricing from his boss." Next day, still nothing. I solicited quotes from other vendors even though I'd paid $330 with no results. Following day, I sent another text, asking for an upfront. No return phone call, no text response. One day later, I called (left VM) and sent a text. Both were ignored. It's now three days later from all of this. They have yet to contact me. I WANTED to buy a product from them yet nothing from them. I paid them $330. My garage remains broken and I cannot get in touch with them. I bought two new garage door openers from a competitor of theirs for over $2k. Adam's business had the sale in their hands but lost it because they simple ignored my attempts to buy from them. Business must be very good to turn it away like this. This is the first negative review I've ever posted. I didn't provide the technician's name because I didn't want to make this personal. I want others to be aware of how they may treat you. And I hope Adam's reads this and takes steps to make sure this doesn't happen again.

Yelp1Worst customer service ever. I've been waiting since November 2020 for a door and they keep just making up excuses or never calling. Tyler has repeatedly given me time frames and then ghosted me. He never answers a text so I called and spoke to Robert, the owner, who was going to give me a call back that afternoon. It's been two weeks and no call! Amazing anyone could give them more than 1 stars because they deserve -10! Something is definitely wrong with these people. They should shut their doors instead of lying to people.

Yelp5EXCELLENT!!!! I called Robert on Thursday morning about my damaged garage door. He came out that afternoon and gave me an estimate. I called several other BBB & ROC garage door installers for quotes. Adams Door Sales had the best price and value by far! They were also able to remove the old door and install the new door quicker than the competition. The new door was installed Tuesday morning. Another plus is Adams Door Sales is a local business! Very professional with high customer service! I would highly recommend Adams Door Sales to anyone in the future! Thanks Robert! We are very pleased!!
