Yelp5This is the 3rd time the spring for our garage door has broken in the 9 years we have lived at the house. Typically I call someone and they come and replace the spring and that is it. Today we checked our local neighborhood app for recommendations and came across Andrey's name. SUPER glad we gave him a call. Very friendly, assessed the situation and gave me the price right up front, no surprises. In addition to fixing the door, he made a suggestion that we think about switching out the rollers on the door. Something I had never considered; just thought thats what we were stuck with. Sidenote: our garage door is (was) incredibly squeaky. Andrey mentioned that the replacements are rollers with "bearings" which I am familiar with. I told him to switch them out and he showed me why the current rollers are so loud. Not only did he fix the spring, he installed the rollers, he made sure everything was lubricated, and aligned. He even talked about newer garage doors and openers but never made it feel like any kind of pressure sale. For the first time I've ever had someone come out, I feel like Andrey certainly earned my future business. I will 100% call him again when I'm ready to replace the garage door opener which I will do probably in the near future. Our garage door now is so incredibly quiet and runs amazingly smooth. I dont write a ton of reviews but this one was every bit worth it. If you need garage door service, do yourself a favor and call Andrey.

Andrey was responsive and prompt to come visit, he tried to fix it for us on the spot but it was clear that we'd have to replace the panel and some parts. He was thorough in evaluating all that we needed to fix and replace, and his pricing was very fair. He was very kind, honest, responsive, and a transparent communicator about lead time and expectations. Working with him was easy, comfortable, and friendly, he worked hard and was thoughtful in his responses when I had options to choose from. Andrey repaired our garage door and actually got it looking better, functioning better, and sealed better than before. Highly recommend Andrey's Garage Doors!
