Very disappointed in their costumer service.We been waiting for our 3rd garage door for weeks and weeks and all we get is a run around. Never ever can get in touch with owner or have them return calls.

We had our garage door replaced by Arizona's Best Garage Door and Repair Company. Technician was sent out same day to diagnose the problem and our new door was installed the next day! All of the technicians are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful; we also really appreciate the technicians consistently arriving within their scheduled window. Wonderful company that seems to really value its work and customers. Highly recommend!

Needed a garage dr spring replacement, which broke on a Sat night, of course. Could find NO OTHER COMPANY to come out to my house, and some wouldn't even answer their phone! REED S. came out within 2 hours of me calling, ON A SUNDAY, and totaling fixed my door so it works BETTER than it originally did. Reed was very knowledgeable and clearly an expert in his field. Very nice job, my man!! My only recommendation is to inform your customers ahead of time that there is close to a $50 service fee for using a credit card. Had I known this in advance I would've gladly paid by check. Thanks again!!

Great company although it appears lots of change has happened within the company in the past two months they handled my garage door repair with professionalism and efficiency. William came out to my home to replace two panels on my door. Being his first time to see the job he noticed more repairs/adjustments were needed. He corrected an improper install from a different company I'm not allowed to mention for legal reasons. William was on time. He was polite. He was very quiet. He gave my dog Fiona more love than she deserved. I will always recommend your company. You helped me in a stressful situation and I'm sincerely thankful for that.

We remodeled our entire home the garage door replacement project was the easiest and smoothest experience by far. Excellent pricing, great communication, and our technician was incredible. William showed up on time, extremely friendly and even took time to play with our dog. He spent the entire day and into the night making sure our doors were perfect. He even took time to walk us through the app set-up to make sure things were functioning properly. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to replace or repair their garage doors.

I called to service a broken spring. Both were replaced. It seems the tech did not tighten one of them correctly. A month later the door warps breaking some rollers. I call them for service. I was told the installation of the springs had nothing to do with the door warping. It is all about the bad old rollers. He replaced a few of them(the broken and ripped ones), TIGHTENED THE LOOSE SPRING IN PLACE, and charged $350 for the replaced few rollers. This is a company that does not stand behind their workmanship, and charges you for their mistake.

Came out to do a repair, installed the wrong parts. Then kept saying the new parts would get in in a couple weeks and that they'd install them as soon as they got in. it been over 2 months now and its still not fixed. Also, they say someone will call you back with more info on why it's taking so long but they never call... had to call them 10+ times over the past few months and they never get back to you. Go with a different company if you need repairs done

Original rating of 1 star has improved to 4 star. After multiple calls, I finally made contact with the owner and he resolved the issue with the excessive labor charges. Excellent repair, timeliness, and communication on the day of service. Would be 5 star if I hadn't had to make multiple calls regarding the excessive labor charges. I am satisfied enough now that I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and also refer them to others.

Our garage door motor broke and our garage would not close. We called and Bobby Dickinson was out to our hours within two hours and it was after 5pm! Bobby was fantastic! Very professional, very efficient, very knowledgeable, and very nice! Price was very reasonable and service was top notch! Thank you for a great experience! We will definitely use Arizona Best Garage Door and Repair Company again in the future!

Two years ago one of the springs on my garage door broke so I called Arizona's Best Garage Door and Repair for a quote. The technician recommended that I replace the one broken spring which I did. Fast forward to present time and the other spring broke and the opener was not working properly. I called them back and they gave me an estimate to replace BOTH springs and the opener for a very high price. I called the company and was told they only honor a warranty when both springs are replaced. I said the recommendation of the technician 2 years ago was to replace ONE spring. I was told by the person in the office "I wasn't there at that time so I don't know what he told you". I asked for a price adjustment because I was their customer in the past and received poor advice from their technician. She repeated "she wasn't there so didn't know what was recommended and the price is the price". VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE with this company. I called several other companies and was told both springs are always replaced at the same time when one breaks in order to be warranted. I finally found someone who did the job for a much better price. This company is not honorable.

On July 8th 2021 I had a significant garage door malfunction due to an obstruction the door hit on the down cycle and was no doubt my fault. Called this company based on the reviews and they arrived later that day and seemed to have fixed the problem. After a few days when I OPENED the garage door the rollers disengaged from the track and the door malfunctioned as it did originally. Called this company and they did respond in a very timely manner. Told the technician that the garage door was not centered when 'fixed' on the 8th and the response was a typical 'not our problem response'..."I wasn't here so I can't comment on what he did". Got the garage door centered and rollers back in the track and then the up-sell. He recommended new 7 inch rollers and I agreed as some were the original so after it took 5 minutes to install them, he was done, told me the charge wrote the check and was surprised when I saw the invoice...$15.95 each for 10 rollers ($159.95). Checked Lowe's and the exact same rollers sell for less than $22.00 for a package of ten. Called the office and explained to the woman I felt overcharged, and the company took no responsibility for what happened from the initial repair. She told me I would receive a refund of $60.00 and as of today, August 23rd 2021 there has been no such refund. The response from this company will probably be ...the customer had a lot of stuff in his garage which more than likely caused the problem. When you have a garage door malfunction due to an obstruction that is your fault, any reasonable and prudent individual (like me) would ensure there was nothing remotely close to the garage door that would cause issues. Based on the reviews it seems people think this company walks on water but that's certainly not how I feel. I live in Gilbert Az. and NOT San Francisco, Ca.

I had a great relationship with this company until today. Two plus months ago, I contacted them for a new garage door. They came out and we selected a door. Later I was told there was a backlog for the glass. I called them approximately four times to check on the door. Today I call and get Jim. I'm on hold for a moment no biggie. Jim asked if he could call me back. Michelle called me back about 30 minutes. Michelle says that it will take 6 to 8 weeks before the door is in. I remind Michelle that we are going into a third month. It's apparent that my order has fallen through the cracks. I could deal with that if Michelle had just said that she didn't know what happened but...Nope. Michelle tells me that I haven't paid a deposit. As though it's my fault for not paying what I have never been asked to pay. Her saying that just seriously angered me. I've repaired my garage door multiple times with them. Purchased a smart door opener from them. Never been asked for a deposit that I can remember. If I had been asked, I would have paid it. I was told they would call to set up install. Then Michelle forgot my name. I became "Ma'am." Michelle admitted to being "lost." Whatever that means. At one point she broke out in giggles. That led to me telling Michelle off in not so nice language. The service providers are great. Michelle will frustrate you and make you curse.

They came out on 12/3/20 to replace all 3 of my doors,openers,trim and tracks.3 of the door panels out of the 4 were damaged the day of installation. I took photos and emailed them to the company.as of today the damaged panels have not been replaced and now they are telling me they will only replace 2 of the 3 door panel.... this is the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
