Google1Owner needs to learn about two things today. For starters, proper parking lot etiquette and simple traffic flow. Don't cut people off chirping your tires in a grocery store parking lot, especially while an ambulance in emergency status is one lane away. To finish, when you are called, calmly approached and given positive feedback from an experienced professional, you don't justify yourself and hang up the phone. Congratulations owner. You have just shown the world the most grammatically accurate and well thought out response that you could create! Personal responsibility is gone. Good for you.

Google5Woke up this morning to a broken spring on our garage door. I called Avondale Garage Door at 6:18 am and 2 techs were at my home at 7:47 am. Michael and Chris were great. They replaced our spring and was leaving our home at 8:37 am. I thought I was going to be sitting around all morning waiting for a technician to come out and that was not the case. Thank you gentlemen for getting us up and going. Thank you Avondale Garage Door for your service. Oh yeah, and Mike even pulled in our trash can once it had been dumped cause it was trash day. Very thoughtful of him. Thank you again gentlemen.

Google5Michael Martinez came out and checked the numbers, then as soon as the door was available, Gary called to schedule the install weeks sooner than expected. These guys were painless, organized, efficient and prepared for everything when they arrived. My doggos even kept them company while they worked. My dogs liked them so they HAD to be the good guys. Also, they were the most reasonable with cost and install. I had several people come out from the big "other guys" and none of them could even come close. Most of them were double the cost and months out. Far and away, this was the best choice for me and I would refer anyone to them.... Merry Christmas!

Yelp5My garage door slammed shut because the spring snapped in half. I called Avondale garage door and got scheduled for service as soon as I could have it done. They were great at explaining the cost of the fix as well as what could cause the problem. Charles and Trevor showed up exactly when they said they would, and fixed the door in around 30 minutes. They explained what they did and the cost, and it matched with the quote I was given on the phone. Really can't thank them enough for the work they did, 10/10 would reccomend.

Yelp1What use to be a honest company is no more! Today had Avondale garage out to fix our garage door. It had been closing hard. It never did that until the last time we had Avondale garage door here to replace opener. My 75 year old mother was taken for 235$ to replace a piece of rubber and wooden trim on side of garage. The tech showed me on his iPad the problem. But I watched as they replaced the trim and the rubber . Then he addresses the garage door by adjusting the closing pressure. He did it in front of me. I realized quickly the trim and rubber had absolute nothing to do with the problem. Instead of being honest they lied! Absolutely shady ass business. We been with them 20 years and after today no more. What I witnessed was clearly robbery ! Taking advantage of someone to make a quick buck. Maybe the rubber and trim need replaced but that wasn't the cause of the problem! Never again!

Yelp1Avondale Garage Door quoted me $250.00 to fix a broken spring on my garage door. They repaired it while I was at work and charged me $360.00 because they didn't have a replacement spring for my standard garage door so they use a different type of spring that was more expensive. The garage door works properly, but i feel like they pulled a bait and switch on me because I wasn't home. I feel as a business you should stand by your quote.

Yelp5The spring on our garage door broke yesterday (Friday) and I knew it would need to be replaced. We couldn't even lift the door to open it manually. I called one place and they told me the soonest they could come out was next Thursday. This morning (Saturday), I called Avondale Garage Doors and he said he could get someone out today between 12 and 2:00. I set it up with him, thankful we would have it working again so quickly. Not 20 minutes later, he texted and then called to say he had a technician who could come out in 30 minutes. The tech arrived promptly and replaced the spring, making sure everything worked as it should. Above and beyond service for sure! This is the only company we will use.
