Google5Very quick response. Came by the next morning, fixed the problem, and charged quite a lot less than the other quotes. Excellent service, highly recommended. Update. Almost a year later an issue arose and they came and took care of everything, same great service! Cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

Google5After reaching out to several garage door companies, I landed on Ramirez's. Our garage door springs had snapped and the door opener was malfunctioning requiring full service. It was an older Genie unit, due to be replaced. I was not able to get anyone on the phone, but I got a text shortly after my call. I was offered a same day appointment, but opted to schedule the following day. Jose arrived to my house on time, diagnosed the issues, and provided a quote. He explained to me my options and had a very no-pressure approach when offering his services. The price was on par with other quotes we had received. He had a new unit (LiftMaster) on hand and was able to replace the springs and unit within 2-2.5 hours. Jose was professional, approachable, and efficient. He answered all of my questions and was patient during our decision makring process. We are very happy with our working garage door and would 100% recommend Ramirez's Discount Garage Doors!

Google5A spring broke on our garage door, the first guy I spoke with tried to upsell me over the phone by saying I would need new ball bearings because the door was 19 years old so that added almost another $200. I then called Ramirez’s and the price I was given over the phone was very reasonable and I was told I shouldn’t need anything else. I was highly satisfied with the service, the response time, the professionalism and the price! It’s always great to find an honest and affordable repair company.

Google5If you're reading this, save yourself loads of time and money and just call these guys. After a motor on my garage door opener stopped working I spent a few days reaching out to different garage door repair places in hopes of getting someone out to take a look. 3 out of 4 of the places I called didn't answer their phone and hadn't followed up after 48 hours. The one who answered was Jose at Ramirez Discount Garage Doors (a referral from the Next Door app). He came out the same day, inspected the motor, and told me it had overheated and that it would continue to work if I just wanted to leave it in place until it fully gave out. That type of honesty is rare. So I told him to give me a quote to replace the two aging motors for both of my garage doors and his quote for TWO brand new motors, with two remotes, and wall switches with labor included was the same amount another company had quoted me for future replacement of ONE motor when they had come out to replace a broken spring earlier this year. Jose had everything needed with him, didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't want or need, was done in less than a few hours. Fielding customer messages, returning calls in a reasonable time, and offering a competitive pricing along with great service is exactly how you earn business in a growing metro area. This company will now have mine for years to come.
