Not good..... VERY poor job on surface prep, not only poor job I gave him a drop cloth to use to keep filler and paint off my cool decking and concrete which he did not us and didn't bother to clean it up after he was done. I use a special paint and its an elastomeric very expensive and must be applied "BUY THE BOOK" Mike did not read the instructions nor listen when I tried to explain. Complete redo!! Services Rendered: Mike was to repair and repaint the fascia on my house. I'm 66 years old and have a heart condition and take medication that makes me very dizzy even on the first step of a ladder. Mike was VERY good at selling me on how great a job he would do. DISASTER! I paid him in cash and never got my receipt, I'm in the process of reporting him to the appropriate tax agencies, I'm confident he evades income tax. Truthfully its my own fault for all the obvious reasons so shame on me.

Mike did an excellent job enclosing our carport and we highly recommend his services to everyone. From the beginning of the project Mike was extremely detailed and provided immediate responses for the estimate, timeline and plans that entailed. His communication with us was outstanding, as he kept us informed through each and every step along the way, and always took the extra time to ensure everything was done correctly. He also made great suggestions that truly enhanced the overall project. The extra care and detail done by Mike was even noticed by the garage door company when they came out, as they stated what a great job he had done. We couldn't be more thrilled with the results and we are truly thankful to Mike for giving us the garage we have always wanted! Services Rendered: Enclosed our carport into a garage, provided electrical and carpentry work.

Mike enclosed my daughter's carport in order to convert it to a garage. His initial visit to discuss details went very well and I found him knowledgable and helpful in understanding the process. He had a reputable garage door company come out to discuss how they would install the 16' door once the construction was finished by Mike. The garage door company sent me a separate quote and I paid them directly. Mike started first by drilling holes in the concrete carport floor where walls were to be built. He then installed rebar in the holes using epoxy. He then installed forms and attached reinforcing rebar to the above anchors. The concrete was then poured for the stem walls. After the concrete setup, he glued and used concrete screws to connect treated lumber to the new concrete stem walls. Following this, the walls were constructed and screwed into place. Then he installed an exterior door on the side. Exterior siding was then screwed in place to match the existing siding. Trim was cut and put in place as necessary as well as the 2x6 framing for the overhead garage. Caulking was done as needed followed by paint. He did the wiring for 2 front and 1 side garage lights, two new electrical outlets and a ceiling light. He also did the wiring for the garage door electrical/controls. I was very impressed with his electrical wiring skills and asked him where he learned them. He told me his dad was an electrician and he helped him many times in the past. He was very particular, making sure that the walls, side door and 16' garage door framing were all vertical and leveled properly. He used screws for all of the construction which is much better than using nails. He was very good to listen to and discuss recommendations that I had. After he finished construction the garage door company came and installed the new 16' door without any problems. The entire installation looks great. I would highly recommend Mike to others. Services Rendered: Enclosed Carport and prepared for installation of a 16' garage door by a vendor Mike recommended.

It went very well, with very few setbacks. Mike is very personable and handled the entire project from start to finish. He suggested improvements throughout the project; some with a cost, some without and was free to choose. An example: Mike said he knew stucco but that was not his specialty, but subcontracted the job to a professional who did an outstanding job on the stucco. He used quality wood and materials and make the enclosure nearly bomb-proof. The Martin garage door and the Chamberlain electric door opener are first-rate. Many of my neighbors marveled at the timely progress and look of Mike's work. Even my next door neighbor used him to make some garage and electrical upgrades. What I liked most was Mike's attention to communication -- letting you know what he's going to do in detail so you are not left wondering what stage you are at. Services Rendered: I live in a townhouse community and Mike enclosed the 2-car carport into a 2-car garage. It had to match surrounding carports per the HOA.

He was on time, communicated well about his progress. He painted it & cleaned up. Meticulous work - the garage door fit perfectly. People comment on how nice it looks. Services Rendered: Mike built the "frame" on the front of our carport to the specifications needed to have a garage door installed. He also wired and installed sconces and an outdoor plug for Christmas lights & for the garage door opener.
