This is the guy who showed up when I called a "name brand" company who farms out their work. Ami was the name of my tech and he also is the owner of this company. I didn't have any major installation work done, just a general tune-up. Ami did a great job, and I didn't feel like there was any BS or pressure to buy something I didn't need. His price was reasonable, he showed up on time (big plus), and called when he was on his way. That's the way to run a business. If I could do it again I would call Doorability directly so he can get all of the money rather than having to kick some back to middlemen. Think I found my "garage door guy". (I'm also in Chandler, so he isn't solely a Scottsdale guy).

I reversed my car out of my garage before it was fully opened about 90 mins ago. I immediately came inside and did a google search for repair services and called a company who contracted out the job to Doorability. Their service man called me within 10 minutes and was at my door in 30. He was professional and polite and fixed the door within 40 mins. He never tried to 'upsell' anything, he seemed delighted that he could fix the problem so easily for me and was so polite throughout. The cost was very reasonable and to be honest I cant believe how easy the whole process was. I came right indoors to write this review. I highly recommend.
