Google5Wow are we glad we contacted Gecko Garage Door Service. Jake was so professional. It was great watching him work sure, but he advised why this or that needed to be done or replaced as he repaired. Everything was centered, measured and corrected. Good thing my dogs and I weren't crushed by the door based on everything that was wrong with it. Thanks Jake, hope you get some kudos for this review. Your work, knowledge and professionalism are top knotch.

Google5Awesome service! Jake came out to repair our golf cart garage door. He was professional, efficient and extremely knowledgable. A quick and proper fix for a fair price! Gecko is now my go-to for garage door issues. Highly recommend this company.

Google5Jake installed a new garage door opener as the other one of 30 years finally failed. Jake did a fine work. He was very thorough, explained what he was going to do & why. Hauled the old one away. He also made sure the door itself was in good shape. Adjusted the spring tension. Oiled up everything. Explained in detail how to use the my-q app. Programed the hand held opener & the one in our car. Installed a keypad & gave us detailed instructions on its use. Gecko Garage Door Company is locally owned & and you can rest assured they are very honest & will not sell you a service or a part that isn't needed. Refreshing & stress free to be a customer of Gecko. Thanks to all the fine people at Gecko.

Google5Mounting bracket for rail and tension spring had pulled away from header due to faulty framer installation when house was built. James did an excellent job making the repair and other suggested preventive maintenance issues. Pleased with the quality of his work. Price was reasonable. I highly recommend Gecko for handling all your repair and maintenance garage door issues.

Google5I called up Gecko Garage Door inquiring about a new door opener. They were able to fit me into their schedule last minute before a long holiday weekend. We have been having nothing but issues with our existing garage door opener to the point it finally stopped working. They had their tech out to our place later that day. He was able to provide me all of the options to get us up and running. While he was replacing the opener he also checked out the door as well as the rails. He said our existing rollers were in working order but that they were starting to show wear. He took the extra time to explain the difference between the stock rollers vs the upgraded options. He said he could replace the rollers without any issues while servicing the door. In addition to all of the work he put in at the end of his work day on our garage door, he took the time to go over the operations of the new opener he'd installed. This may seem like not a big deal but to me it is nice to have a tech who genuinely cares about his job and ensuring great customer service. I would highly recommend Gecko Garage Door Service to anyone who is in need of door servicing, replacement or upgrades. Thanks again.

Google5Fabulous company! No real wait for appointment. Skilled Technician and replaced my motor and other parts in two hours in the heat. Yes, I will use them again as the pricing was competitive.

Google5Highly recommend Gecko Garage Door Service. Called them and they were able to give me a very fair estimate for a spring replacement before coming out the next day. James was the technician, he let me know when he was on the way, showed up on time, and was very knowledgeable. He communicated everything from start to finish. Made some great recommendations before and after completing the spring replacement. Great company to work with and very fair pricing!

Google4Update: They got in contact a few months after posting this review. They came back and fixed up some of the holes on the siding and got rid of the gap at the bottom. Garage door paint still doesn't match that well and was hoping they'd repaint it. We got our garage door replaced a few months ago and felt they didn't do the best job. I waited a little bit to write this review but after reading other reviews I don't believe we received the same quality work everyone else talks about. They left gaps in the trim around the door and broke off pieces of brick they never attempted to fix. The bottom of the door angles inward. It looks slightly crooked and has a gap at the bottom because of it. When they painted they had overspray in a couple spots. They also didn't clean up very well. They didn't move anything back to where it was in the garage before they started and they left little staples everywhere on the ground. The technicians were a little rude too. At the end of the day the door doesn't look horrible but for the price they should have had more attention to detail and fixed what they broke.
