Google5Joey, the owner saved the day for us. We got a nightmare quote from A1 garage doors and almost fell for it. After a little research we found out they were charging us nearly double for what we wanted. We called Joey and he came out in less than an hour, gave us a ton of honest, useful information and then sent us a quote for the same set up as A1 at nearly half the cost. He was super friendly, honest and communicated well throughout the process. These guys are true professionals. The finished product is exactly what we wanted. Thank you Joey and the guys at PGD for restoring our faith in humanity and saving us a bunch of money!!! Look no further if you need a new garage door.

Google5Had a problem with our garage door; called this business and they arrived the same day. Joey quickly fixed our issue and then performed a "garage door tuneup". I was unaware there were so many different issues that could arise on a garage door-and he didn't charge any extra for the education. Thank you Joey; we'll be calling again, hopefully not in the foreseeable future.

Google5This company is amazing. We had a couple of hinges break on our garage door. Marc was here within a couple hours of my phone call and fixed everything. Explained in detail all the work that he did and recommended future maintenance and service solutions. Did not hard sell me on anything. Professional service. Highly recommend.

Google5There’s never a good time to have your garage door spring snap. Ours was on a Saturday morning. I called Joey and literally he was at our home in just over an hour. Replaced the spring and did some maintenance on the units. Top notch and professional. Joey is a honest guy and is very transparent up front on the issue and the associated pricing. I’ll definitely use him going forward on yearly maintenance etc. Great job!

Google5After my garage door spontaneously slammed down, I looked on Yelp to find a reputable company to come check it out. I called the team at Phoenician Garage door & Joey arrived in 2 hours. Joey thoroughly inspected my garage door & advised on what needed to be done, he gave me a fair, firm price & immediately started the work. Upon completion of work, Joey showed me several added services that he included in the original price. Joey did clean, meticulous work. He is professional & instantly made me feel comfortable having him in my home. He is honest & trustworthy. When we are ready to buy a new designer garage door - Jory will be the one I call! I highly recommend!

Google5Amazing service and reasonable prices -- will absolutely use Phoenician Garage Door and Repair again. Scheduled Phoenician to come out the same day (booked very easily through their web site) for a garage doo repair. Jaden was on time, professional, and tried to fix the problem a few ways before letting me know we needed a new motor. He explained everything thoroughly, install was quick, and we had ourselves a working garage door in no time. Important note that I had a different company (the original ones who had installed the garage... think steak sauce) out to assess the same problem. They, too, concluded we needed a new motor - which we obviously did - however their basic quote for a lower horse power motor was 2x what Phoenician charged, and their "premium deluxe" was 3x. Will 100% stick with Phoenician as the first and only call for garage door repairs moving forward. Thank you!!

Google5The horizontal strips were broke away from the door. My previous garage door service provider did not call me back after I explained my issue and sending photos. I called Phoenician Garage Door and Repair based on solid reviews. I ended up speaking to Joey, the owner. He dispatched someone same day. Clayton arrived at my house. Great attitude and he assessed my situation. I was thinking I was in for a new garage door. He indicated he could fix my door. He did a great job and everything is back up and running. Thank you Joey and Clayton. You could have easily try to tell me a new door was required. I appreciate your honesty and integrity.

He was very professional, and was able to install an updated garage door system for our family. He helped us set up the apps onto our phone that we were goi g to need.
