Yelp5Response over the yelp app was fast. Scheduling was simple. The arrival time was as promised. He was professional and polite. The carpet looks great and he made sure I was pleased. He also promised to return if the stain resurfaced. I was very happy from start to finish with HydroCare Services.

Yelp5I live in North Phoenix and I've used this company every year to clean my carpets do my upholstery cleaning. Tile cleaning. Everything looks so much better once it's done. I had the same technicians many times and always think they do a great job

Yelp5HydroCare Services responded so quickly to our initial inquiry. Michel took time to answer all of our questions, communicated clearly what was to be expected and was flexible and punctual for our appointment time. When Michel arrived clean to our carpets, in a rental home in the Pebble Creek community in Goodyear AZ, he first walked through the home and he did a fantastic job explaining all the steps, why he used a disinfectant (the carpet had been soiled by a previous pet) and what outcome we could expect. And without being asked he offered his expertise and advice on cleaning our air vents and even the exterior of the home. His professionalism, knowledge and friendly demeanor were so impressive. We are now loyal customers and highly recommend him for anyone looking for an excellent residential cleaning company.
