Google1Website says they can install RV gate openers and was told they could during first conversation. After I sent a photo, apparently they cannot on standard common residential RV gates and I was just told "sorry" in a voicemail with no additional assistance offered. I'm not sure why a picture was needed. During the phone call, he also talked about all sorts of issues with electric for them despite not having come to the property to evaluate or anything. Do not recommend trying this place if you have needs for a gate opener

Google5Charles came to fix my garage. He went above and beyond to make sure that we’re getting the best service. He does an amazing job and goes above and beyond. You can see he truly cares about his customers. Nice to have someone come with integrity.

Google5Great service. The tech went above and beyond even beyond what his own job is. He was waiting on the framer to come(NEW BUILD) and when they didn’t come he went and got the wood and framed what needed to be framed to be able to install his garage door again. It was good to see as well my son got to see him and I was able to use it as a teaching moment on how to have integrity in all that you do. After the gentleman was done he swept up and cleaned the mess. He also checked his work and found that the opener motor is not working as should and is scheduling to have it replaced. I appreciate it!

Google1The Kaiser tech that came out for warranty call for our new house was extremely rude. He stood there blank face and just looked like I was a bother to him that he had to be there. I was initially looking to get them to do the annual maintenance on both garage doors, but will now take my business somewhere else. ** The service call was through warranty from Toll Brothers,our builder. Check with Melvin from Toll Brothers.

Google5Moved into a new home two years ago. Garage door was super quiet and then recently started to squeak. I contacted Kaiser for service via their online form. They called the following day to schedule. The same week I had their tech Bruno here for the service. Smart and personable guy. Lubricated the parts that needed lubricating. Checked the motor. Adjusted the angle of the bracket and explained why that should be done. Showed me how to make sure door was balanced. All for a very reasonable service call price. Kudos to Kaiser

Google5Great next-day service! My father had just replaced and serviced his door a week before one of our springs had broken. He used a different company and the price he paid was >50% higher for the same service. With Kaiser, the tech was on time, called in advance as promised, and was absolutely pleasant to talk to while he worked (he also showed me what he was doing and explained it as he worked). I wish I remembered his name; I believe he was a veteran and his name may have been Bruno(? from Sierra Vista ?). Anyway, great guy and did a wonderful job.

Google1Disappointed with Lack of Service I contacted Kaiser Garage Doors hoping to get a quote for either panel replacement or a full garage door replacement after damage to mine. Unfortunately, the front desk was unhelpful—she said the sales team would contact me, but couldn’t even transfer me because they were “too busy.” I provided all my info and waited... but no one ever followed up—not a call, not even an email—after 4 days. I ended up going with another company who responded right away and sent a technician out the same day. Disappointing experience with Kaiser. I wouldn’t recommend them based on their lack of responsiveness.

Google1Well meaning people, but the company can't get out of it's own way. We've had issue after issue on our project that's been on-going since August (5 months!). They've reinstalled one gate three times and it still isn't right. Our stucco is mangled and needs serious repair (see pictures). Terrible responsiveness and difficult to get on the phone. The list goes on and on. The only people I had a positive experience with were the installers, those guys were very polite and knowledgeable. Bottom line, please use a different company and avoid the nightmare we've experienced. I hope they get their issues figured out, but until then PLEASE don't get fooled by the positive reviews.

BBB1this company is unreliable. They keep me on schedule week after week but are unable to comply. First; they are unable to come because of running out of time, second, they arrive but has the wrong parts, third they said the delivery truck was delayed and no idea when it will arrive. Maybe they don't have the capability to do the repairs.
