I was told that my warranty service fee would cover parts and labor charges. But then after the work was completed the technician told me neither were covered. So I was double charged. Great, as explained above. Good work, friendly and helpful service, very honest, and reasonable price. Services Rendered: On the first visit, needed a replacement for a broken garage door spring. Manny, the tech, was very efficient, friendly and very honest. When I asked about adding a keypad for the opener, he said that the present motor was so old that it would not be possible. He added that the opener probably did not have much life left in it. - even for a layman it sure looked and sounded like it. Now, instead of going into a hard sell about the need to promptly upgrade the system, Manny said that I certainly had the option to wait until the old motor gave out. Before leaving, having replaced the broken spring, he thoroughly lubricated the system, checked the rollers, and made sure that I knew about the emergency release. Total cost: $75. A month later I decided to upgrade the system with a new motor, belt rail, new remotes and keyless entry. Manny, again, was the tech. Did a great job and everything works like that proverbial charm. I would certainly recommend Legends Garage Door to anyone needing any work at all.

Great. The tech, Manny, was most impressive in his honesty, efficiency and expertise. It turns out that the garage door motor, put into service in 1993, is "on its last legs." I was told that before. A new one with two remotes, a belt rail, and keyless entry would cost $335.00. Manny could have proceeded with a hard sell to get a new motor/system right away but he did not. He showed me how, if the motor quit, to manually open and close the garage door while waiting for a motor replacement. He balanced the door so well that the manual opening and closing was very easy. In other words, one might wish to wait until the old motor quits. What a way to build customer loyalty! Of course, when I do need a replacement, it will be Legends Garage Door. Finally, it is hard to overemphasize Manny's down to earth friendliness and positive attitude. Great experience. Services Rendered: Had a broken garage door spring. The system also needed some lubricating.

I thought this review was posted months ago but just found it sitting in draft mode. Sorry Legends! Hope it goes through successfully this time! This positive review is a month overdue but now we have lived with our new door for over a month so I feel even better about writing it If I could give this company 10 stars I would do it. From the moment I called and spoke with Melissa to set up our consultation appointment, I knew I had called the right company. She came out to the house with samples, colors and fantastic ideas. Melissa was so personable and made the experience fun with no pressure whatsoever. She was quick to respond to my phone calls and emails as I debated about several color choices and styles. She set up our installation appointment at a time that worked perfectly for me and my husband. Cory arrived on time and installed the garage door quickly and efficiently. He did a perfect job. We love our garage door. We get compliments on it all the time. By the way, I do my homework and feel confident saying that the price, quality and responsiveness of Legends were all far superior to those of other companies that I researched. Thank you Legends. I called to make the appointment and I asked the general cost of replacing my broken torsion springs. I was given an estimate of $175. I was also given a 2 hour estimated arrival time, which is better than the typical 4 hour or longer window. The service tech, Arnie, arrived on time (in fact a little earlier than expected). He was very professional and he finished the job in a timely manner. I was waiting for the typical scare tactics and upselling and trying to tack on more services and repairs. To my surprise, the was NO attempt to sell me a product or service that I didn't need. The price was exactly what I was quoted on the phone. It was refreshing to do business with an honest service company for a product that rarely needs repair, so many people don't know how much to expect to pay for service. I will definitely use Legends again in the future and I recommend them. Services Rendered: Replaced torsion springs and overall tune up

They came out same day. Repair the garage door and gave my garage door a and quot;tune upand quot;. They even rehung my opener machine because is was not installed right and did not have enough support for free! They did a great job! Great business! Services Rendered: They repaired my garage door. My garage door was backed into and would not open or close.

It went fine. He noticed a few things wrong with my door, the way it was originally hung when it was built. He just adjusted it for free. It actually required him to take off the pulley system. He was very, very clean. We talked about putting some aluminium insulation in the glass decorative part of the door to keep the garage interior cool which has been amazing. He just went above everything. So it was appreciated it. He swept out the garage after re-drilling holes. Services Rendered: I had Legends Garage Door replace the plastic molding on the exterior of the garage door and also adjust the door.
