Google5Because there was a sticker with a phone number attached to the opener, I called to have the garage door opener looked at due to it’s sporadic operation. In short, the people I talked to were very courteous and set up an appointment within two days. The appointment was for three o’clock, yesterday I received a call asking if would be acceptable if they got here sometime before three. I received a call this morning from the technician Steve M. saying he was ahead of schedule and if it was permissible he would like to come and look at the opener around 11:00 o’clock. He was very professional but courteous, quickly determined the problem, changed the circuit board, reset the remotes, lubricated the track, spring, rollers and sliding guide. He wished me a Merry Christmas and was on his way to the next job before twelve o’clock. I was totally pleased with the service.

Google5Roger called On Track on Saturday because we noticed that the cable on the right side of our garage door was frayed. They made arrangements to have someone here on Monday since they were closing for the day. Robert came about 8:00 am on Monday and he fixed it right away. He was very efficient. He put new cables because both sides were frayed. He checked every part out & oiled everything. We were pleased with Robert’s expertise.We felt confident our cars were safe. On Track is a great, trustworthy company that we highly recommend!

Google5I have used OnTrack Garage Door for 7+ years. Friendly office staff have always gotten me an appointment when I needed one and their prices are great. Service technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I honestly can't say enough nice stuff about OnTrack. I highly recommend them!

Google5Professional, on time and perfect pricing. DJ came out early morning after our call for help as we thought our door was coming apart due to age. He assured us it was not as bad as it seemed and that it was just an old door and surprisingly working quite well for its age. Received estimates within 48 hours for cost of replacing both doors with automatic ones and it seems we will be doing that deal quite soon. An excellent experience that I hope will last a lifetime...

Google5Second time having On Trac replace garage doors for us. These people are Great!! Highly recommend their services. Conner was our installer and he did a nice job on everything. Hauled old door away and cleaned up area nicely. Even swept the floor!! Kudos to all involved including the sales and office personnel. Very happy to 30 plus year door replaced.

Google5Derrick was great. First he looked around and explained the examination he was going to perform. He then showed me what he found and explained my options. He did not try to up sell me to the highest price. When I agreed, he got right to work and completed the job promptly. He even sent a photo before and after. He then told me what he had done and explained the charges. The charges were quite reasonable. By the way, Derrick kept a safe distance and wore a mask. I am 100% delighted with OnTrack Garage Door Service.
