Google5Chris and Larry were exceptional. Chris was professional, responsive and highly knowledgeable in the sale and set up of our door. Larry was great, on time (in fact, an hour early-which was appreciated!) and even came back and spent over an hour with us as we tried to program our door with our cars (our vehicles had outdated connection info). Cannot recommend this company enough and if you need a new garage door, make sure you call this company first!

Google5Great job by Overhead Door replacing my commercial size torsion springs. They also identified a flaw in my belt, but they felt that it did not need immediate attention. This is my 3rd time using Overhead Door. They are incredible!

Google5Had a limit switch go out on my garage door opener. Looked at all the big box stores for a replacement and nobody carries them. Called Overhead Door (a DH Pace Company) and within a few minutes they had verified the part needed and pulled two for pickup. I was able to install the parts and they are working like champs. The customer service I received both on the phone and in person were top-notch. Would highly recommend this location and Overhead Door products in general as my garage door is in fact an Overhead brand door. Thanks again!

Google5Chris was reaching out letting me know he could help my home buyers and sellers with any garage door needs. I decided to finally get a door open installed for myself. He came over to take a look that day then got everything scheduled for the fallowing Monday. The installers were extremely nice and did great work. I highly recommend them.

Google5We had a very small dent and scratch on our new garage door and Overhead ordered a new panel without any problems. Then after new panel was installed the garage door was not going down after being opened and needed to be adjusted so when I called they came out the very next day and fixed it in a matter of minutes.Thank you.

Google5Big shout out to Jim, our technician, and Matt in the office for helping us with new springs on our garage door. Called on a Wednesday, they were there the same day and could have installed the next day, but that did not work for our schedule. Jim was there bright and early Friday morning and went about his work. Also, call these folks FIRST. We had another company out and they wanted $1,000 for a torsion spring repair. That was far too high and OHD Company of Central Arizona was very reasonably priced.
