Google5I found Mr. David after spending hours searching for a highly rated home inspector, and I’m so glad I chose him. He inspected my new build home just before closing and identified issues and concerns that I never would have noticed on my own. His report was extremely thorough, with clear explanations and detailed photos as evidence. I especially appreciated how promptly he delivered the report the very same afternoon. Google5David has been very timely, upfront, straight forward, & honest. I was glad to work with him. Over Christmas day he was very accommodating with his time communicating with making arrangements with me & understanding my urgency in his services. He then met with me before our scheduled inspection to discuss in person my concerns. Given all the time he invested, he helped me determine that I may not need his services after all & provided referrals of other vendors that could be of use to me. I sincerely appreciate David's efforts & asked my realtor to refer his company as needed.

During the purchase process of our new home, his detailed report convinced the seller to complete a multitude of repairs at no extra cost to us. His price was fair and well worth it. Google5We have had two recent inspections performed by David very recently. He is extremely thorough and professional in every respect. This was not the case when we bought our current house and relied on the realtor's recommendation. David spends almost the entire day at the house and ends with a very informative and extensive recap. The first inspection revealed multiple major issues causing us to not continue with the purchase. The second he described as a very clean house but still uncovered issues that were less than adequate, one of which is major. We are proceeding forward and are armed with great information of what needs to be done. Highly recommend to all buyers. We would never consider a home purchase without utilizing David's knowledge and expertise.

Even years after the inspection, was able to reach out with questions and was helped!
