Yelp5If your garage door springs break or you have any other garage door issues give this company a call. Spring went out yesterday and I scheduled them to come out today. The repair was done quickly and professionally. I paid the guy and thought that was it. About 30 minutes later I get a call from the company. The technician had accidentally charged me too much. They are now refunding me the overcharge. I would never have even realized it had it been for this honest company. Sometimes it feels like honest companies are few and far between. Due to their honesty I didn't hesitate wanting to get their name out there so others would know and benefit from knowing that they can be trusted if they ever come out to your home. I will spread this companies name around for all to use.

Yelp5Wayne @ Spring Master was professional, friendly and honest with exceptional work quality. Called Spring Master at 11.30pm, and Wayne was out fixing my broken garage door spring by noon the next day. Prices are competitive, and Wayne carefully explained all the options between price and quality/benefits. Would definitely recommend to friends and neighbors. Great job Wayne!!!!

Yelp5We are new in town and had garage door issue, checked yelp reviews called and talked to Wayne and one of his service guys came out next day and fixed door quickly and very affordable, and even fixed remotes that had been left at house that we thought didn't work. Would highly recommend this business for service and ethics, and good advice.

Yelp5This company was recommended to me by a friend. They were so helpful and helped me fix my remotes over the phone at no charge. You can't find honesty like that anywhere anymore. My garage door opener is getting older and when it goes-this is the only company I will use.

Yelp5Great company! Right on time and very courteous. Pricing was great. Tech even noticed that my cables were good but then discovered they were for an 8ft door vs my 7ft. I have had issues in past with door opening or cable coming off winder. He also noticed my inner door lock catch bolts inside the track were causing a lot of noise and asked if i even used the manual locking system. I said no and had him remove them. My door has never been so quiet while opening and closing! Great attention to detail!!!!! Recommend their services!

Yelp5We woke up this morning and found out that our garage would not open and we could not lift it due to a broken spring. Wayne came out 2 hrs later and saved the day! He was professional, courteous, and honest. The repair will help our original garage door last another 10 years or so. Thanks Wayne!

Yelp5Our garage door spring broke. We called Springmaster at 8am Saturday morning, and Wayne and assistant were at our house by 1pm. He clearly explained all the options with his recommendations, then got to work. Very happy with the result.
