Yelp5Our garage door was stopping and going back up midway. Matt came out and immediately diagnosed the problem, the panels were warped. He came out two days later and braced the door and now it works perfectly. He was super hones, on time and reasonably priced. He didn't try to sell me a new door, which he could have easily done. I highly recommend them!

Yelp5Our garage door failed, and this company had us back up and running with a higher quality unit for the same price we paid for the previous one within 48 hours. Communication was great all along the way, and the tech on site was very helpful, patient and performed high-quality work. Great process from start to finish, would highly recommend.

BBB5Stellar is really the company to go to. They extended the life of my old garage by 4 or 5 years. When a new one was needed they installed it great. I'm disabled and they came back to install the lightbulb in the motor head since I couldn't. Great guys.

Yelp5Stellar was incredibly helpful! We ended up having to replace our garage door, and they were incredibly honest about the difference in price from buying an opener from them or buying one at Home Depot. They even gave us a recommendation of a good opener to buy, then allowed us to just reschedule for the install when we had the opener. Installation was quick and we're very happy with the new garage door opener.

Yelp5Stellar responded same-day to replace a broken spring (no point in congratulating yourself on having battery backup on the opener if the spring breaks - you are stuck!) Though we assured dispatch that it was not an emergency, the tech arrived at the end of what must have been a very long day. Cheerful, well-spoken, capable, efficient. Repairs were made and goodnights were said. This is not the first time we've had stellar help from Stellar. Given the constant ups and downs of our garage doors, it almost certainly won't be the last.

Yelp5Stellar has been servicing our garage for more than a decade. Matt has always been great to work with, very knowledgable and easy to work with. He installed a new opener system in about an hour. Stellar is very communicative and able to schedule work quickly and reasonably. Costs for services and parts are reasonable and invoices are clear and easy to understand.

BBB5We have tried other companies in the distant past, but Stellar Garage Door Service became our go-to company 8 to 10 years ago and they're the folks we trust to get the work done quickly, professionally and with attention to detail. **** does a great job explaining how to extend the life of the garage doors, and doesn't try to up-sale the customer. I trust his advice.

Angi5Great Job. I had Matt replace a broken spring a couple of years ago so when the opener started to fail I called him. He was, again, very responsive, gave me options with the pros and cons, came back when he said he would and completed the job within an hour. I'd use these guys again and highly recommend them. Angi1What a horrible experience we had with this company! First off the communication sucked! We wasted two days of our lives for the guy to show up! And then another full day of him trying to “get it somewhat fixed”!!!!! We sensually were robbed by this company! They charged us $650 and the door still doesn’t work right!! Oh and the $50 service call so a total of $700 and some change!!! He replaced a bunch of parts that had nothing to do with the issue!! And then tried to sell us a new lift motor and that’s why it isn’t Working right! Wrong answer!! We had another company come out the very next day and he replaced two bearings and retightened the spring and poof it works perfectly!! And only cost us $63!!!!! So I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! Services Rendered: The garage door wouldn’t operate up or down.

Angi5Responded quickly. Came up a plan to isolate the cause, I.e,, the wall module, the door opener or the connecting wire. Replaced the wall module, explained the warranty. Did what you hope for when you call someone for a repair, a satisfied customer. Services Rendered: Repair intermittent garage door wall control.
