Google5We got a quote on our un operational garage door from a different Valley company six months ago and they quoted me about $1700 Immediately said that I needed to update everything not only the garage door unit itself, but all of the infrastructure as well. With money being tight, we decided to hold off and wait. About a week ago I decided to give quick response a shot and they were able to fit me in their schedule the next day. They sent their technician Dwayne to come take a look and immediately he looked and said there’s no way it will be as expensive as you were quoted six months ago. In fact, he said everything looks good minus the garage door unit itself. He was extremely informative, honest and efficient and now we have an operational door for an extremely competitive price. Needless to say Dwayne and quick response earned a lifelong customer today.

Google5Duane was amazing! I would highly recommend your company mainly because of him. He was very upfront and completely honest from the get go. That doesn’t seem to happen often in today’s world. I will always come back to companies like this as long as they have employees like Duane!

I’ve used this company before for other services and just like everyone I’ve dealt with Brandon was amazing. You don’t find too many companies where you can say that you get quality professional and cordial interactions from all of their staff. Google5I had the best experience with Dwayne. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and assisted me with my independence again. I am in a wheelchair and I need my keypad working and More. He made sure that I was set up and he made sure that everything worked. Awesome Person I truly appreciate him. Great experience. I walked away a happy customer.

Google5Highly recommend! We just moved into our home and had a few things come up, so we started looking for honest pricing to get our garage springs and cables fixed. Quick Response was exactly what we were looking for! Instead of saying, “We don’t know how much springs cost,” they gave us a clear estimate right over the phone. Of course, they mentioned that the price could change if more issues were found, but we appreciated their honesty and transparency. After calling five other companies and getting three quotes, we chose them right away, not only were they the most reasonably priced, but their service was excellent. Google5Quick Response was exactly that, and we're at my house a few hours after I called. Greg was amazing and honest about the issues and options. (We had a broken spring and needed new doors) A previous company a year earlier (very well known locally and has national scope) quoted us $20k for 2 new doors, springs, tracks... Quick response did the same for a fraction of the price and completed the installation the same day. Highly recommend!!

Yelp1This company is no longer in business. I used them three years ago and the receipt states "Lifetime Warranty on All Parts." Called them to replace a broken part at 623-850-9380, but "number no longer in service."

Yelp5We hired the Garage Door Kong's to work on my grandfathers garage door and they were amazing. They took good care of him and I was very impressed. Affordable prices with very high quality work. My husband had to go into work early and I needed to leave by 11:00AM, so I was skeptical that I could have it fixed that quickly. I called The Garage Door Kings (who offer 24 hr service), and was thrilled to hear that they could be at my home within the hour! My initial call was at 7:31 AM and it was fixed, working perfectly and thoroughly inspected for potential future damage by 8:46 AM. The price was very reasonable, and the technician, Jeff, was professional courteous and made some great recommendations for future care. He also made sure to leave me with a business card (I know the boss was concerned that he might not ;)). I would recommend them to anyone needing garage door service or repair, and will certainly call them again should the need arise! Thank you Garage Door Kings!!

When I was ready to have the work done, I called him at 8 am, the door was installed and paint matched the same day. He is very polite and punctual. The work was done well beyond my expectations with what it cost me. If you need garage door work done, he's the guy to call!!
