We hit the garage door while backing the car out of the garage, buckling the top and bottom panels of the door. Found Ken's name on the garage door motor - he had apparently installed the garage doors when the house was remodeled. Ken said he could be here within the hour, and was actually here in about 45 minutes. (This speedy response was particularly appreciated, since the door was jammed and we could not get the car out of the garage until he arrived.) He said that we could definitely save some money by replacing the top and bottom panels but keeping the two middle panels. He went off to get the two replacement panels, and the door was good as new about three hours after I first placed the call. He was courteous and competent. I would recommend him without hesitation. Services Rendered: Replaced two panels on garage door.
