Google1Garage door opener would not close. Kept coming back up. Tech showed up quickly. Looked at my torsion springs said oh my these are dangerous. Need replaced. Oh your sensor is out of position. Fixed it. All of a sudden garage door started grinding and not lifting or lowering. Said motor is going. Would give me a great deal. $1200 replace springs and opener and I'd get 2 remotes a keypad and an app. I said I'd get back to him. No charge for service call. Called another garage door company. Tech came made an adjustment and the door works fine. Said springs were good. Motor was good. Could use casters eventually. Never called murrysville back. Repair cost me 85$ and it's a shame what people try to do these days.
