So very happy with the service received! They came out within a few hours from calling, were very professional and knowledgeable, and not only did they fix my opener, but they also lubricated and calibrated both doors, I had not asked for this and I'm so impressed and thankful for this extra service. Will hire them again for sure.

Crosby and Mike were very good to deal with. Door order took longer than we'd like, but I blame Covid. Install crew of two did a GREAT job. Beautiful doors and good operation. They installed an opener we provided, with no complaints. Wonderful addition to our unique house. Very satisfied.

Easy to make appointment, crew called ahead of time. They were punctual, personable, professional, and quick. I was able to leave them to go to work while they made the repairs and when I came home to check the great work they did, I found that they left a couple dog treats for the barkers upstairs with the invoice. Very reasonable as well. I would recommend them to anyone and I will be using them in the future. Keep up the good work.

Our garage door threw a cable when the door came down on something. We were concerned about how much it would be to repair, but it got to the point where we needed to get it fixed. I chose Crosby because of the great reviews, and I am so glad I did!! Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable.The repair man was on time and fixed the problem quickly.The door works great now, and we couldn't believe the price!! VERY reasonable, I should have called a long time ago. Thank you Crosby!!! You've got another customer for life.

I was nervous after reading one of the other reviews on here. I Used Crosby Garage Door Co to adjust my door after having a new garage floor poured. The door seemed to stick a little at the end. Phone was answered quickly and service was scheduled easily. I was only available 2 days out or 9 days out. They were able to get me in with the 2 days notice. I also wanted to mention they gave an upfront estimate for lube and adjustment. Keith called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and was very professional when he was here. I received a thorough explanation of work completed and was surprised to see my bill was so low. I never knew my garage door could be this quiet!! Thanks Keith and Crosby!!!

One of the torsion springs on my double garage door broke over the weekend. Called Crosby first thing Monday morning. By 2 PM both springs were replaced and the door worked better than ever. Garage door spring broke on 10/21. Searched for a garage door service with Angie List since we just moved into this area from Colorado. Decided to use Crosby since it was local and had excellent reviews. They were quite professional but yet friendly. The service specialist arrived early and was a friendly chap. He replaced the broken spring and cable as well as its ancient mate in 45 minute or less. Next year we will be replacing the garage doors and will be using Crosby. A really good experience which we really needed. Services Rendered: Replace broken spring and an old spring on garage door. Restrung the cables and returned door to working order.
