Needed garage repair and had the best service done today by DJ. He showed up early to his appointment, took care of all the repairs I had in a clean, professional manner and he even told me in great detail about his work. He explained every item he updated (or changed), explained how I can maintain longevity of the garage door, and gave me such a fair price. I used a different company in the past, but I will never go back. We will only be using Crosby Garage Doors moving forward. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Everyone that I have dealt with at Crosby Garage Door has been professional, knowledgeable and friendly from the office to the installers. Andrew came to the house to give an estimate and to see if taller more energy efficient were possible. He was very knowledgeable about Garaga doors , and he found doors that would work for our house. Rich and Dylan did a great job when they came to install the new doors and wall mounted openers. We are very happy with Crosby Garage door and would definitely use them again.

We built our home 25 years ago and we had Crosby Garage Door install our door and opener. Over the years, we had our door serviced and we now needed a new opener. DJ was our installer and he was awesome. He was running a bit late due to a previous service call. He notified us by phone, which we appreciated. I could not believe our opener lasted 25 years. DJ, installed our opener, put in an extra electrical button for our son and thoroughly explained the operation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

So very happy with the service received! They came out within a few hours from calling, were very professional and knowledgeable, and not only did they fix my opener, but they also lubricated and calibrated both doors, I had not asked for this and I'm so impressed and thankful for this extra service. Will hire them again for sure.

Crosby and Mike were very good to deal with. Door order took longer than we'd like, but I blame Covid. Install crew of two did a GREAT job. Beautiful doors and good operation. They installed an opener we provided, with no complaints. Wonderful addition to our unique house. Very satisfied.

Easy to make appointment, crew called ahead of time. They were punctual, personable, professional, and quick. I was able to leave them to go to work while they made the repairs and when I came home to check the great work they did, I found that they left a couple dog treats for the barkers upstairs with the invoice. Very reasonable as well. I would recommend them to anyone and I will be using them in the future. Keep up the good work.

Our garage door threw a cable when the door came down on something. We were concerned about how much it would be to repair, but it got to the point where we needed to get it fixed. I chose Crosby because of the great reviews, and I am so glad I did!! Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable.The repair man was on time and fixed the problem quickly.The door works great now, and we couldn't believe the price!! VERY reasonable, I should have called a long time ago. Thank you Crosby!!! You've got another customer for life.

One of the torsion springs on my double garage door broke over the weekend. Called Crosby first thing Monday morning. By 2 PM both springs were replaced and the door worked better than ever. Garage door spring broke on 10/21. Searched for a garage door service with Angie List since we just moved into this area from Colorado. Decided to use Crosby since it was local and had excellent reviews. They were quite professional but yet friendly. The service specialist arrived early and was a friendly chap. He replaced the broken spring and cable as well as its ancient mate in 45 minute or less. Next year we will be replacing the garage doors and will be using Crosby. A really good experience which we really needed. Services Rendered: Replace broken spring and an old spring on garage door. Restrung the cables and returned door to working order.
