Google5When our garage door torque-master spring broke as the door was closing after our 5 hour drive, to return home, we identified two contractors late Sunday who had online messaging. C.W. Garage Doors (Chuck) responded first thing the next day and worked us into his busy schedule for the afternoon. Malfunction diagnosis was professional and timely and he had the correct parts as part of his standard kit and quickly performed the needed spring replacement effectively and efficiently. I would provide my strongest possible recommendation for C.W. Garage Doors.

Google5Talk about service! We called on Wednesday evening and Chuck made it out on Thursday! Excellent work, courteous and very professional. Definitely knew what he was doing. Finished in about an hour or so. Door ran super smooth after replacing all of the cables, bearings and the torsion spring. Will call him back whenever we have garage door issues in the future!
