Google3I wrote a negative review because there are constant refuse violations on their property. When one of the owners suggested I call, I did. We had a productive conversation. Quentin understood where I was coming from and also explained the constraints he is working within that result in the lot being used as a sort of dumpster. He has made efforts to clean it up, for example, bagging trash instead of throwing it in piles on the ground. I appreciated his ability to understand my perspective on the matter, and therefore, I am also going to meet him in the middle and change my review to 3 stars. Once the trash issue is completely resolved, I’d be happy to change my review again.

Google5Patina Construction, can't say enough as to how easy and thorough they were to work with. From our initial meeting with Donato and Brian to the last walk through they followed their projections as to costs and time, a long four months giving us a magnificent, functional kitchen and living space. Kudos have to go to Andrew, their on site manager working with his able fellow workers like a fine orchestra, Ben, Dan, Bernard, Brandon, Adam, Matt, Greg, and of course Shawn as well as others who I unfortunately I do not remember. Without their skill and patience and never saying "no" when encountering a challenge, working five days a week. They turned a nice functional kitchen into a gourmet paradise. After each long day, they meticulously cleaned the area of our humble abode making it easier to live in helping to making the construction tolerable. On a scale of 0-5, I give them a 10 and highly recommend them for any project. Burt Wald

Google5Patina did a “full gut” remodel of our kitchen this summer. Their work was outstanding from start to finish. Patina boasts craftsmen (and women) who are well trained and experienced, delivering a top-quality product at the price and on the schedule promised. Patina used up-to-date methods and tools and worked seamlessly with the cabinet provider and the other subs (who were uniformly excellent). In sum, we would describe Patina as highly skilled and professional, thorough, transparent, timely, respectful of the homeowner’s property and time, and offering good value for money. Challenge them – they love it!

Google5Patina Construction worked with the URA to replace my roof, gutters and soffet, repair my broken front steps, two bedroom ceilings (and repainted them), and demolished and cleared my eyesore of a garage. They were efficient and friendly, always available for communication, and eager to do the best possible job, even if it meant returning to make adjustments. They not only cleaned up after themselves, they let me keep extra materials and explained how each thing is used, so that i can make some future repairs or home improvements on my own, if needed. I highly recommend Patina Construction!

Google5We worked with Patina on some remodeling at our coffee shop and couldn't have been happier. They were quick to respond, easy to get a hold of, showed up when they said they would, and did high quality work. All at a reasonable price. I will use them for all future construction projects.

Google5I really appreciate the attention to detail the crew had. For any hyper-critical/over analytical customers out there like me: these guys double checked every nook and cranny and did an excellent job blending everything together. I really enjoyed the conversation on top of the transparency and honesty they had with me. I can’t wait to use this company for future projects!

Google5So, there I was trying to figure out how to renovate my new dream home and I was just absolutely lost. The guys at Patina graciously helped me figure out the best way to do so while also providing a great value. Everyone was respectful, professional, and SO easy to work with. Will definitely work with them again!!!
