Google1Before we moved into our house and we hired this company to scrub the carpets as they have stains. Well, idk what happened, but NONE of the stains were gone after they were finished. Scrubbed the spots with a rag and carpet cleaner and they immediately came up. I do NOT recommend them!

Google5I always use Sears Carpet Cleaning over any other service. They’re thorough, clean up fast with minimal disruption to my day, and always have deals and savings. The crew is always friendly. I schedule at least once a year with them because we have kids and pets so the carpet, stairs, hallway, and furniture need a good deep clean every so often. Scheduling is easy - either online or calling. The crew will confirm with you the day before and you’ll receive your window. The crew will call when they’re on the way. I highly recommend Sears!

Google5Courteous, professional service for air duct cleaning and upholstery cleaning. Assured me that the cleaning agents were green so I did not need to vacate my pets. Highly recommend for both quality and value.

Google1The carpet looked worse after than before the cleaning. They cleaned the carpet very quickly and when it dried, only the cleaner areas were cleaned at all. The heavier-soiled walking routes were unchanged, making them stick out even more than before the cleaning. We called and they came back and cleaned the heavy areas again, but there was no change. I asked the technician is there was any different product or method they could use for better results, and he said no. We called Sears for a refund and they said they would send another team out, but not refund. The team has already said there was nothing else they could do, so we are out $250 and the carpet looks terrible! Our old carpet cleaner went out of business, and they never had any issues getting the carpet clean. Very upset! The “after” photos are below.

Google1I have always used Sears for our carpet cleaning. I scheduled a cleaning last Saturday and they came and did my living room and hallway. After carpet dried, they didn’t get out the couple stains that were there and all of a sudden, the middle of my carpet is full of stains that were never there before. I immediately called and same 2 men came back out and redid. They said it was probably stains that were in padding that came to the surface. Meanwhile we always get the extra stain protection on it so that didn’t make sense. Again after it dried, stains still there. Called again and was told that they will send 2 different technicians and use a different solution. I told the women ok but this is the last time because this make no sense as to why stains aren’t coming out. Sears needs to do a refund.
