I have done business with Wise Garage Doors a few times and they always do outstanding work. They are very professional and the work gets accomplished quickly and neatly. I am very thankful for all of the times that they solved my door issues. I would strongly recommend checking them out for all of your garage door needs!

Overall everything went fine...when called to schedule installation of weather strip I was told between 7:45am and 8:00am and that was spot on. Services Rendered: Both springs broke and needed to be replaced. Also when the technician was there I had him order a new weather strip for the bottom of the door. All work completed to satisfaction, the only reason for the B grade in responsiveness is because my wife left a v/m in the evening and didn't get a call until the next day (perhaps should have an emergency number/paging service...even if they can't get there until the next day a call back would be nice). Punctuality received a C because after telling my wife they would be there right after lunch, she made plans to have someone come over to watch the kid so she would be available if needed...at 2:30pm she was called and they said they were finishing up a job and would be right out. Showed up at 5:30pm. Better communication about time of arrival would have been appreciated. Also having two people complete the job would have made it go much faster than just sending one.

JOHN WAS EXTREMELY GOOD TO DEAL WITH. HIS PRESENTATION IN MY HOME WAS CLEAR, COMPLETE, AND INFORMATIVE. HIS DOORS HAVE A HIGHER 'R' VALUE AT A LOWER PRICE THAN HOME IMPROVEMENT STORES AND OTHER LOCAL INSTALLERS. THEY LOOK GOOD, FUNCTION WELL, AND HAVE MADE A DIFFERENCE ALREADY IN MY GARAGE TEMPERATURE. Services Rendered: INSTALLED 2 GARAGE DOORS IN MY HOME TO INCLUDE NEW HARDWARE AND HAULING AWAY THE OLD DOORS AND HARDWARE.

I SAW WHAT JOHN WAS DOING AT MY DAD'S HOUSE. WE ARRANGED TO HAVE HIM PUT IN MY DOOR AFTER HIS WAS DONE. THE WORK WAS DONE AS PROMISED, AND I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH HOW THEY LOOK AND WORK. I HAD A LITTLE PROBLEM ABOUT A MONTH AGO, AND JOHN WAS THERE THE SAME DAY TO CORRECT IT. Services Rendered: INSTALLED A GARAGE DOOR IN MY HOME. INCLUDED NEW HARDWARE AND HAULING AWAY OF THE OLD DOORS AND HARDWARE.
