Google5Cable snapped on the garage door. Stopped in to get replacements. In and out in less than 5 minutes with exactly what I needed for the repair for under $22.00! Nice! Recommend this place for sure!

Google5I highly recommend Overhead Door Company of Plattsburgh in New York. One of my doors broke in January and John LaMare was here within 3 days and repaired the door. The doors were in rough shape, over 30 years old and the lift track was badly rusted and I knew more repairs would be in the horizon so I ordered 2 new garage doors on Feb 1, 2024 and was told 4 - 6 weeks. On March 1st, 4 weeks to the date, the new doors are in, operating perfectly and they look great! The technician was excellent even though the temperature was 20 degrees! He made sure the existing operators were reconnected and working properly and took away the old doors. I can say enough about the wonderful customer service I experienced with this company. Thank you.

Google5We had a cable break. Service was scheduled quickly. The tech was prompt and called before his arrival to give me an ETA. He was very professional and obviously knowledgeable and had us fixed up in short order. Price was very reasonable!

Google5I have an old Overhead door. I just replaced the springs myself and when I went to close it, it wouldn't stay down. I talked to them by phone and they coached me through the resetting of the springs and fine adjustments on the door. It save me a bunch of money.

Google1Brought broken tension spring for garage door in to get replacement. Part is color coded and the owner sold me a different color coded spring. When questioned and I showed him the old part color coded green he still stated the yellow spring would work. Not so! Yellow spring for heaver door. After installing both springs had to make excessive adjustment to make garage door work. Went back and got correct springs. Owner would not speak to me nor offer any kind of compensation for having to redo the job all over. Unacceptable service.

Google5I live in Lake Placid, and they arrived to install two garage door exactly when they said they would, and they finished the same day. No problems. They programmed the remotes and car transmitters for me without hesitation. Reasonable prices. The doors work great.
