Google5I hired Ainsworth to install a side opener on my pole barn. They had it in stock, came the following week, and finished the job extremely fast. I’m really happy with my new opener and services received. I will certainly be using them for other projects in the future. Thanks Ainsworth Door!

Google5This place sets the bar on customer service. I called them at 7:45am and left my name, number and a message that my door spring has sprung. 30 minutes later they called me back and said they would be out around 11. Perfect. The guys got here a little earlier than they said, replaced both springs and we're done before 11. The service guys and staff are very polite and personal and take the time to talk with you instead of you just being another customer number. For kicks I looked at the reviews and saw everyone gave 5 star, except ONE person. I read that review and that person is right off their rocker. Sounds like a person that is never happy and would complain they wake up every morning. No need to look anywhere else than Ainsworth for your service and/or sales needs. Give em a call!

Google5Door came off track and was crooked my wife called and they were on site in less than 10 minutes on a Friday and had door repaired and working in less than 15 minutes outstanding work

Google5Went to close my garage door and a cable snapped making it impossible to close the door. Called Ainsworth that morning and the owner showed up within a few hours. He got the door fixed super fast and the price was very fair. I'm very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Ainsworth for your garage door repair needs.

Google5I called the office. Spoke to Ron on a Monday morning and he said he would have a guy out to my place after his tech was out in Richmond before coming to me in Port Huron. I asked for a heads up phone call so I could leave work to meet the tech at my house. He estimated the time would be around 1:30 or 2:00pm. I called the office for an update and spoke to Ron again and he was a bit confused. He told me it was done already. I told him I never got the heads up phone call. He said his tech must not have saw that detail and when he got to my house he was able to crawl under my garage door (crooked and off track) and fix it. We laughed and I asked about payment. He said he would just send a bill or I could pay with a credit card. It was an incredibly fair price, much less than I thought it would be! I Highly recommend these guys!

Google5I called for a quote on a new garage door and then requested service for a temporary fix. I thought for sure we needed a whole new door! The repair person got here within a half hour, took a look at it and said he could fix it and we wouldn't need a whole new door. He unbent the door and the tracks, fixed it, lubed everything up...all within about 30 minutes! Verry nice, pleasant man! I highly recommend this company! I am so impressed!

Angi5Everything was super. I called and left a message that was returned within minutes. Each time someone showed up within one hour. Each problem was diagnosed and fixed within one hour. Each time I spoke with someone on the phone they were very friendly and sincerely concerned with getting my problem fixed. Services Rendered: I have a very old door and this winter I had two separate issues. A coil was replaced and the the motor.
