Angi5I called this company to get a quote for a spring repair. A very nice woman answered on the second ring. I told her I needed a spring repair for my garage door and she proceeded to ask me several questions about the kind of door it was. She obviously knew something about her business, but unfortunately I wasn't very helpful since I had just moved in a week ago and didn't know anything about the door. But based on my responses she suggested that I should have 2 springs for a double door instead of the one that was currently broken. She gave me an estimate that was a bit lower than I expected. After giving her my address she said she had a workman in the area that could be there in an hour if I was home. The workman showed up in an hour as promised and proceeded to install dual springs. He was done in about 20 minutes. He demonstrated that it was fixed and working correctly. I paid by personal check and off he went. This was a very easy and professional service with no problems. Everything happened exactly as they said it would. Services Rendered: Had the broken garage door spring replaced. Everything went exceptionally well with no problems.
