Damage to my garage door Monday morning - Kevin was there in less than an hour. He gave me an honest and reasonable quote. Helped me close my garage and lock it until he was able to order a new panel the next day to install two days later due to my work schedule. Came early so that I was able to get to work in time. I would recommend K&R for any garage door repairs or replacement. Our door suffered a non repairable mishap and Kevin came out to our house out of hours to estimate the damage. He gave us a timeline of when a new door would be available but after explaining our predicament, he went out of his way to source a door for us, called us and gave us a time the same week to have the new door installed. Tim, his installer was professional and did an excellent install in a few hours. He cleaned and removed all packaging and took away our old door. I would certainly recommend K&R to anyone who is in need. A great family business with great ethics who go out of their way to give you exactly what you need.

Everything went well. Showed up right on time. Installed the garage door opener in about an hour. I bought the garage door opener and had K and R doors install it. The garage door was hung crooked and Kevin went ahead and fixed it when I brought it up to him. He also told us the correct lubricant to use on the gag the door bearings to keep it running properly. I would hire again not second thoughts. Services Rendered: Needed a garage door opener installed into a new construction house.

I called Kevin about a broken spring in the evening and he was out the next morning. He did a total inspection of my door and replaced all my rollers, the base plate, and the springs. The door was very loud before he came out, but after he replaced the rollers and put the new springs on it is MUCH quieter! I was very pleased with the communication, professionalism, and the speed of service. And on top of that, it was a very fair price. I will definitely be using K & R Garage Door Service foor all my future garage door needs!
