Google1I’m in OR and just found out that A1 is no longer in our area. Where the garage door rail attaches to the wall is coming out and it appears that it was never put in a stud. The second screw is not long enough either. I would not use this company in any state.

Google5Nothanyell was an absolute expert on the project. It started with a broken tension spring. He promptly arrived and diagnosed all the issues going on. Aside from the broken spring, he pointed out how the motor was also going to fail from the torqued sprocket and showed me the metal shavings and slacked chain to prove it. All the other components were still in good shape and he just recommended the necessary items that needed replacing. He gave me the rundown on all the options he provided and though I could have cheaped out on the low-end options, his explanation of his provided options gave me good reason to go with his higher-end products. During installation, we were able to connect on many subjects and ended up having a great conversation. He is very proud of his work and it shows in his ethic. Highly recommend his service and will definitely reach out again to have him do more work on the other door when the time comes. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Google5My garage door gets a lot of use and one morning it up and broke on me, looked up garage services and called here, didnt quite catch the receptionist name but she was a very helpful and caring person and set me up for an appointment the next day! Two guys Nothanyell and Mike came early the next morning and diagnosed my door and were quick to provide options and a good morning laugh as well. They got right to work and a couple hours later we have a quality assured door. Highly recommend and thank you for the service!

Google5Conner was super friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and answered our questions on product and payment options. One of our very old garage doors finally gave out and the very next day, a Saturday, Conner was here! David T. helped complete our order with humor and professionalism and helped mitigate the financial constraints. A mere 4 days later: David A! Phenomenal job! Photo far right ‘before’ picture: 48 years old, stained, wood, trim falling off, practically non-existing poor quality insulation, totally dysfunctional garage doors. ‘After’ pictures (left) (-sorry about the truck partially blocking right side door view) BEAUTIFUL, quiet, insulating, and amazing trim! David went above and beyond regarding new key pad, removing old key pad (non-functioning) and remotes (we’ve been manually opening and closing those garage doors for years!). So helpful! So friendly! Wonderful job! We are so happy - been wanting to do this for years!!! Thank you A1: Conner, David T, and David A! We couldn’t have asked for or received a better experience anywhere else! (Even neighbors came by with smiles.) And the peace of mind that any maintenance is taken care of for years to come and we won’t have to think again about purchasing garage doors! Google5Amazing, amazing, amazing! Our 18 month old garage door (installed by another company) got stuck in a very awkward position. The right side was down but the left side was open about 3 feet from the ground. All of the tracks were bending and the weight of the garage door caused more damage than I ever thought possible. My son and I couldn’t get the door all the way down. We called the installer who said they couldn’t make it out for 3 weeks! I contacted A1 and they came out the very next morning. Conner (the A1 tech specialist) assessed the damage, called for backup, and fixed the door. They were able to save the garage door and just replace the tracking system to get everything working properly. They even made sure the new parts were better than the old ones which added extra “peace of mind” that this wouldn’t likely happen again. Highly recommend A1 Garage Sevice. Google5This is the second time I contacted A1 GARAGE door SERVICE to help me with an issue with my garage door after someone broke in…. This time Jake helped me. He was on time , reliable and super kind. The door is straightened, reinforced and free of chances to have another break in. Jake: THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!! Again, best company to use for any garage door situations!!!!!!! A1!!!!! Jae was GREAT! And super understanding! He called when he was on his way, waited for me and was able to diagnose on site and best thing: his truck was loaded with all part for the repair. Jae was super safe while fixing and very respectful of the property. Thanks Jae for all the efforts and having my garage door fixed in less than 2 hours on the day of the diagnosis.

Google5Troy was very professional. He worked quickly and efficiently to get my garage door that had crashed down and secured. Got the new door ordered without hassle! Highly recommend! Daniel came out 2 weeks later and installed the new door and opener. He was friendly and professional. He worked quickly and got the job done in a timely manner. The new door looks amazing and is so quiet! Update: 3/16/23 my garage down wouldn't close and kept reversing and binding up. I spoke with Troy on the phone who told me how to get my door closed. I was then able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Troy arrived promptly at 8am. He took his time and went over everything. He was able to get the door working beautifully again.
