He laid out my options - again easy to understand - and I was able to choose the solution that best served my needs. He had everything needed to get my garage door functioning again and proceeded to get right to it. I very much appreciated that this service could be done on a Sunday so my week wouldn't be disrupted. Very happy with the result!

Google5Just had Cody Moss come out to give us an estimate on getting new garage doors. He was on time and was extremely thorough with walking us through the process of choosing the right door for us. His samples and digital pictures helped define exactly what we wanted. He was very thorough about taking measurements and explaining all costs plus some wonderful discounts. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with his expertise and knowledge. Precision has some great reviews and we are another happy customer.

Google5I noticed one of the springs on my garage door had broken the day before Thanksgiving and contacted Precision Door Service through their online chat function. Holly was helpful and quick to get someone scheduled to show up the day after Thanksgiving, so service was very fast. The technician Bo was extremely pleasant and professional. He arrived right on time, identified the issue right away, and got it taken care of quickly. Outstanding service from a company that stands behind their work!

Google5I had another company out to do original repair on my garage door. It started not working again a month later. Called Precision this time and Brian came out. Super impressed by Brian's knowledge and professionalism. Quickly identified all the problems and provided me clear quotes to remedy all the issues. Completed work in a professional manner as well was an excellent teacher to his helper (and me as I asked a lot of questions during the install). Being a service professional myself, I recognize a good service when I see one and this was it! Thanks Brian and Precision 🙏

Google5My old garage door wasn’t working, so I requested a consultation. Precision promptly scheduled an appointment with a technician. He explained my options, From the initial consultation to installation was only a week and one-half. The technician who did the installation was wonderful. I’m so pleased. The new door is beautiful and adds a lot of curb appeal. Here are before and after photos. The new door has decorative windows across the top.

Google5All around great service. Pricing was competitive and fair. Eric came out for an initial estimate and was extremely knowledgeable and detailed. He was kind and communicative through installation and helped us navigate some challenges we had post-install brought on by our painters. Even though it wasn’t their issue, they helped us resolve it quickly, which was a huge relief for us! Our installer, William, was courteous and thorough - it’s evident he knows what he’s doing and cares about the final result. We had two other highly-rated vendors bid the project, and we are so happy we chose Precision.

Yelp1Didn't even get the project going. Showed up, took measurements, said he'd follow up with a quote, and a week later I didn't hear back. I reached out and he said he was waiting to get a price on our selected garage door from the distributor. Another week and nothing. I messaged and asked if it usually takes weeks to even get a price on a garage door and he didn't respond. Another week, I checked in again, no response. I told him don't bother contacting me back, communication is crucial and that lack of communication was unacceptable. No idea how the quality of work was because we couldn't even get the guy to respond to us.
