Jamie did a great job. He made the effort to come out a little before 5 pm after a long day in the Albany area. I already had to leave the door open all night the night before because the person I had called out the day before didn't know what he was doing. Jamie not only got the cables back in place, he took the extra steps in lubing the rollers, tightening loose fasteners, adjusted the spring tension and adjusted the rail because it was binding. It's comforting to find someone who knows what they are doing and you can rely on them. I would definitely use him again. And reasonably priced. Services Rendered: Repaired 14' shop door. Cables had come off both sides.

Jamie Minshall is wonderful. Very professional; very friendly and not pushy in the least. Very knowledgeable and has colleagues in the Industry that he shares new information with. A very caring person! Terrific prices as well. Another plus that we appreciate is that he is local to us here in Cornelius. He brought everything he needed, including many parts so he did not need to leave and come back the next day with a part. Super punctual. We had feared that it would be a few days before our garage door could be repaired and we also thought it might need to be replaced. Jamie was so wonderful to come as soon as he could and made the repairs that day without even hinting that he would need to replace the whole unit. We have had other repair people come out for other items and many of them immediately stated that we needed to hire them to completely replace our appliance/toilet/etc. We were SO relieved that Jamie right away was able to REPAIR it and never even suggested that it needs full replacement. This was for a newly built house and we were tasked with finding someone to install garage doors; the general contractor didn't have anyone to recommend. Once again I successfully used Angie's List to find just what we wanted: someone local, competitively priced and highly rated. Jamie seems to do it all, keeps a lot of jobs going at once, but we never felt rushed. He made recommendations for our house (insulated doors were needed), measured, and gave us a firm estimate on the spot, which we accepted. He showed up when the doors were ready, on the day and time frame he said. The work ran into a second day, but everything was done perfectly, and the doors are a lovely addition to the home. I would use him again in a heartbeat! Services Rendered: Eco Installations installed 2 new garage doors plus openers and external keypad.

I would certainly recommend Jamie. He diagnosed the problem in a couple of minutes, and it was repaired so quickly that I was really impressed. I could see that he takes pride in his work - which seems to be all too rare in the day we're living in. Services Rendered: Jamie fixed the garage door opener in just a few minutes. I had put off having it fixed because I thought it would be expensive. What a pleasant surprise! Jamie is personable, and he volunteered to do a little extra on the opener so that it would work better.

It went really well, Jamie said it was a fast and easy fixed so instead of charging regular service call he knocked off 20 bucks. Got the door fixed fast. Showed me how to fix the problem. Services Rendered: Jamie align one wheel on the garage door to set the door straight and tightened all screws that Jamie found loose and replaced a screw for the rail.
