Google5Brian took the time to explain my situation in clear easy-to-understand terms. He laid out my options - again easy to understand - and I was able to choose the solution that best served my needs. He had everything needed to get my garage door functioning again and proceeded to get right to it. I very much appreciated that this service could be done on a Sunday so my week wouldn't be disrupted. Very happy with the result!

Google5Just had Cody Moss come out to give us an estimate on getting new garage doors. He was on time and was extremely thorough with walking us through the process of choosing the right door for us. His samples and digital pictures helped define exactly what we wanted. He was very thorough about taking measurements and explaining all costs plus some wonderful discounts. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with his expertise and knowledge. Precision has some great reviews and we are another happy customer.

Google5I noticed one of the springs on my garage door had broken the day before Thanksgiving and contacted Precision Door Service through their online chat function. Holly was helpful and quick to get someone scheduled to show up the day after Thanksgiving, so service was very fast. The technician Bo was extremely pleasant and professional. He arrived right on time, identified the issue right away, and got it taken care of quickly. Outstanding service from a company that stands behind their work!

Google5I had another company out to do original repair on my garage door. It started not working again a month later. Called Precision this time and Brian came out. Super impressed by Brian's knowledge and professionalism. Quickly identified all the problems and provided me clear quotes to remedy all the issues. Completed work in a professional manner as well was an excellent teacher to his helper (and me as I asked a lot of questions during the install). Being a service professional myself, I recognize a good service when I see one and this was it! Thanks Brian and Precision 🙏

Google5My old garage door wasn’t working, so I requested a consultation. Precision promptly scheduled an appointment with a technician. He explained my options, From the initial consultation to installation was only a week and one-half. The technician who did the installation was wonderful. I’m so pleased. The new door is beautiful and adds a lot of curb appeal. Here are before and after photos. The new door has decorative windows across the top.

Google5All around great service. Pricing was competitive and fair. Eric came out for an initial estimate and was extremely knowledgeable and detailed. He was kind and communicative through installation and helped us navigate some challenges we had post-install brought on by our painters. Even though it wasn’t their issue, they helped us resolve it quickly, which was a huge relief for us! Our installer, William, was courteous and thorough - it’s evident he knows what he’s doing and cares about the final result. We had two other highly-rated vendors bid the project, and we are so happy we chose Precision.

Yelp2When we first used Stephen several years ago he was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, & fees were reasonable. Last time we used him he was not the friendliest. We thought he was having a bad. Recently we had a broken garage door spring on a Friday afternoon so we called & sent him an email. Never received a response. We ended up using Market Garage Doors & were very impressed with Leo & the job he did. C'est la vie Stephen!

Yelp5My experience getting a new garage door with these guys was definitely 5 stars. I am very pleased with the whole experience, as well as the product. The door and supporting hardware are good quality (I got a vinyl two-car garage door with the lowest level of insulation, no windows, and standard hardware). I found a sticker on the edge of one of the sections that says "MADE IN USA" which is a really big deal for me. They should definitely advertise this fact. I'm a manufacturing engineer, so naturally I take a closer look at materials, hardware, and build quality than most consumers. Also, the sections have a lifetime warranty, which is comforting. I was also impressed with the attention to detail of the installation. The weather-stripping all around the door makes an excellent seal with no air gaps, and it really amazed me how warm it was inside my garage this morning (it was below 40 degrees last night). Granted, my gas furnace lives in the garage and gives off a little bit of heat when running, but I did not expect the new door to make this big of a difference! The install went very quickly, he hauled off my old door and hardware, and he cleaned up after himself very well. Honestly I couldn't be happier at this point with the product and the workmanship I received for this price-point. Speaking of price, they saved me a couple hundred dollars compared to some other options I looked at. I highly recommend this company! This was money very well spent!

Yelp5The owner answered his phone right away and scheduled for a service visit the next day. The day of, Mike arrived 30 minutes early (and called ahead to make sure that would be okay), which is possibly a first for me in dealing with a service company like this. Not only that but he was able to assess the situation within minutes and provide me with an easy-to-follow explanation and quote for the work that needed to be done. He was not pushy in the least, so, after a quick call to my husband, we agreed to have the work done, and Mike was able to knock it out right then and there. He was so fast, professional, and easy to work with. I will absolutely be calling them for any other garage service we need in the future. Highly recommend!

I called Genuine Garage Doors and the owner, Stephen Damico, came right away after 7 PM at night at the end of his work day after just getting home. I was very impressed with his work, price, and professionalism. A rare breed these days. The guy knows his stuff, gets the job done quickly and correctly, and seems honest as the day is long. His business card is now on my fridge and will be the first company I call should I ever have a problem with my garage door again.

I also appreciated Mike demonstrating and educating me on how to lubricate the door and rollers correctly, and the type lubricating product to use. Services Rendered: The door opener remotes were not working. The problem was fixed; the door rails were lubed, and tightened all nuts and bolts. Mike is really helpful.

He also replace a broken metal piece which connects the rail and the opener, but we found later that the fix didn't align well and slightly skew to the left. I hope it won't break too soon...
