Google5Customer service at the Beaverton store is fantastic. I had an issue with an online order and Isabella, Dominic, and another young lady whose name I missed were super helpful. They followed up with a couple of phone calls, got everything sorted out in the end, and were a pleasure to work with. Great individuals, and clearly the store management is also doing something right. Keep it up!

Google2For this particular location, I found most of the employees extremely helpful with the exception of one. I had a carpet measurement done in an empty home I'm selling that's about an hour's drive away from where I live. Since I live on this side of town, I was hoping to purchase the carpet at the store closest to me rather than drive an hour away to the store that was closer to the empty house. The man who seemed to be the manager on the day I went in (11/29) basically told me no, he would not sell me the carpet from his store because the transaction had already been started at the other location and "didn't want to take sales from that store". This meant that I had to take an additional 2 hours of driving time to make this purchase at the other store closer to the empty house. I've worked in customer service many years, and turning away business for a reason like this is pretty bad. I did explain to this gentleman that it's a very long drive and more convenient for me to order from this store, but he didn't seem to really care about that. I will continue to shop Home Depot, but I did want to express my experience in this particular service. You just don't tell your customers No without a very valid reason.

Google5Was always fascinated by the experience of a Home Depot visit! The mind boggling range of products and services it offers, the convenient layout, the accessible arrangement of the products is not just impressive, but makes for an enjoyable experience. We were looking for some specific timber products which were not readily available. But the gentleman at the store was more than helpful. He not only walked the aisles with us to look for alternatives but suggested a work around that was just what we needed! This is a format and model that could have immense potential in a growing economy like India! And duper helpful for it's citizens who have to wade through the unorganised construction material, hardware and related supplies. Something Home Depot should explore! Overall, an enjoyable experience.

Google1Troy from Tool Rental who is the Manager of the Tool Rental department has got to be the worst person ever put in such a position. He barely guided me on how to use the trencher and how to use various functions of it just going thru everything as fast as possible. And then he also asked me of what ethnicity I am like that has anything to do with me renting a tool. As if that was not enough, he also had the audacity to say he did NOT have to help me, like I don't matter or something when I had spent $450 for these tools for my project.

Google5I went in for a new toilet seat, some miscellaneous hardware, and I had some keys made. There were plenty of service people who were happy to help. It maybe all across Home Depot locations, but this particular store was very customer focused. I found everything on my list. This store has plenty of stock for your next DYI project!

Google5Well the service to the individual customer has disappeared at Home Depot the stock in which they carry is always very good. Be prepared only know what you need there because even their staff is well under educated about what they have in stock. Of course that's a very sweeping term and not all of them are that way but it's harder to discern which one in the store does have the knowledge.

Google5Went looking for a refrigerator and found it. Super attentive staff without being pushy. Great prices and flexibility of payment. Not glad my current fridge broke but at least it was during black Friday sales.
