Every encounter with the company was bad. We were working with a contractor and so we only had a few interactions but everything they were involved with was poorly managed and people that came onsite were rude and disrespectful. First off, what we ordered in October was wrong when it was delivered in March despite providing product numbers and quantities in email to be double checked. We had to send back multiple items because they were not what we had ordered and wait for what we ordered to be made or delivered. When we finally had someone come onsite to install the front door that they didn't order to begin with, he outright told me that he wasn't going to install the door knob. Then when we asked them to pick up the excess that we didn't order so that we could get our money back, they took a week and a half and rainstorm to come get it. Then picked through the boards and left the pieces that were ruined scattered in our driveway uncovered. When people compliment the millwork, we specifically tell them to NOT order through Northwest Door and Supply.

I'll second the poor drivers. Dude was swerving into the other lane on highway 212 this morning , with his gate up and loose stuff in the trailer. Big piece of cardboard about to fall out.

NW installed multiple garage door openers for me 5 years ago. They still work perfectly. I now have a broken spring. They have a fair price, are responsive, and available. $220 for a complex double spring replacement is a good deal. Don't bother calling around. I know NW will do quality work as well. Some other companies claim there is a parts shortage, but when I look around.... You can still buy parts for reasonable prices. I respect this company and trust them. If you call and don't get an immediate response, be patient. They stay busy but will get to you soon enough. UPDATE- Showed up on time and efficiently completed the job. It works perfectly. He even tightened each bolt holding the wood door together- this is dozens of bolts and could have been easily overlooked.

My garage door broke on a SUNDAY, had to go to my sons and couldn't get out the garage. Called Northwest door and supply. They came within the hour and replaced the spring and I was able to resume my plans!

Super awesome fast and quality service for good value!! Far superior to the amazon install guy with a bad attitude that was sent thankfully I canceled that and used these amazing folks! Erick was the tech and super friendly. He also drives to local homeless shelters to donate items. The new technology with WiFi apps and homelink are amazing plus belt drive super quiet and battery backup if power fails!

My garage door spring broke just 3 years after construction. I used Yelps request-a-quote, and Northwest Door was the first to reply. They worked with my schedule to come on a Friday, and showed up timely. The repair took about an hour and a half, and the door works fine again.

I have worked with John S @ Nortwest Door & Supply on and off for over 20 years. I have always received exactly what I ordered, and the finish on the pre-stained millwork was perfect. John has consistently provided great up front service so that I get the right matching products colors and styles. I have no reason to go anywhere else for millwork and doors.

We just moved into a new house with a lovely garage, and I thought I could park my stick-shift Subaru in front of the garage on our steep driveway. I thought it was just a matter of facing my fears and learning how to back up away from the door -- I'd done it once; it would just take more practice. It turns out that just because you face your fears doesn't mean you have the skills. I must have been lucky the first time. So this time I told the kids to be silent so I could concentrate. I pushed in the clutch, and ... bonk. Nice big dent in the door. We have a Wayne Dalton door, so I looked up dealers on their website. This place had a fancy "presidents club" icon, so I thought it was a good place to start. They answered the phone right away and were able to quote me without coming out to see the damage -- all I needed to do was send them a photo over text. I called a few other places, but this was the cheapest. Nick installed it, and it works great. Check them out.
