Google5I am not proud about it :), but I accidentally backed into my garage door after not seeing it began to close again after I clicked to open it. After a quick search and based on reviews, I called Andrews Garage Door Repair and Bill picked up right away, even though it was 7 am. He came to see the job himself and had the door panels back on track and serviceable within the hour. Google5Our garage door broke over the weekend, and after seeing the excellent reviews, I made an apt with Andrews Garage Door Repair for the first thing next morning. Frank called me when he was 15 min out to let me know his on his way. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about every aspect of his job. Turns out our whole system was damaged and he took the time not only to get us all put back together and operational with a new system, but even walked me through the entire process of registering and using the mobile app for our new garage door opener. Google5I called Andrews Garage Door Repair because my garage door wouldn't go up or down. I wanted a local Johnston company that has been established. Andy arrived on time and assessed what was going on. First the door was not plumbed square, cables were loose, the tracks were not square/the same height, had a horrible squeal going up & down and the spring rod was also not square. Andy took the time to square everything up and replace what was needed. It is so nice to hear no squeal and to close properly. Excellent job!!!
