Google5Armand installed a garage door opener for us in the Fall of 2024, as well as safety cables and replacement pulleys, and set up remote openers for us for both the new opener and the existing one for the other door. This process was really seamless and everything has been working efficiently and safely since then (which is why it slipped my mind to write this review!). He has very reasonable prices and also is really honest about what you can delay doing (for example we asked about the condition of our garage doors and rather than saying they needed to be replaced he let us know they had some more life in them). If we have any more garage door needs in the future we will definitely hire them for the job.

Google5It's official - I've got my company for any future garage door issues. I found First Choice Overhead Door online when my garage remotes both spontaneously stopped working. The many highly-satisfied customer reviews prompted me to call, and Armand did not disappoint. He was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful to the point where, to try to save me money on a service call for what might have been a minor issue, he talked me through several troubleshooting measures over the phone. When it was clear that there was a larger issue at play, we set up a visit for him to fix the issue. Anytime I called, Armand answered immediately. No annoying phone menus. Just an actual human being committed to great customer service. He did the repair quickly and efficiently with a price that was more than reasonable, and even did a preventative maintenance service to my garage door system. If you have any garage door needs, I highly recommend Armand and First Choice Overhead Door. From now on, it's not just my "first choice." It's the only choice.

Google5After years of putting up with an overhead garage door that was old, noisy and in disrepair, we contacted Armand at First Choice Overhead Door. Armand came to the house and provided some immediate repairs to the door to keep the door in operation then provided us with a very reasonable quote for a new door. When the door was delivered, Armand and his team installed the door in less than a day, cleaned up after the install and left the area around the door spotless! The new door looks amazing and honestly it makes the whole front of our house look so much better, I believe it increased the value of the house just on the "curb appeal" alone! Armand was super communicative from the beginning to the end of the process, absolutely excellent customer service. I highly recommend Armand for any service or installation of an overhead door.

Google5Armand and his team have been fantastic since the first time I called them to install my two garage doors. I had a couple issues that required site visits and both times Armand was out to my house with a solution in 24 hours. Responsive, dependable, reasonably priced and honest. He's the only guy I'll ever use for anything garage door related in the future!
