Google5I'm so happy with my new garage doors and garage door openers! The two young men, Ryan and Brennon were great. They worked so hard because my old doors were a mess. They knew exactly what they were doing. They were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. So happy with the whole process from the original quoting process to the installation. Google1Never showed up for a scheduled appointment on Saturday 11/12/22. I was unable to reach anyone at their office, and the telephone option to reach their service manager disconnected the phone call on multiple attempts. Wasted the whole day waiting for their service technician who never showed. When I called the office on the following Monday, they couldn't tell me why. Their affiliated company, Fagan Door, is the same company with the same people answering the phones, so I would suggest avoiding them too. I ended up having a completely different overhead door company replace my door opener, and service my doors....for less money too.

Google5THE BEST! REASONABLY PRICED. GREAT SERVICE. GREAT INSTALLERS. THESE GUYS KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. MY TWO TECHS WERE AWESOME! THEY DON'T RUSH, THEY GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT. ALTHOUGH, THEY WERE DONE IN A VERY REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY CALL BEFORE COMING OVER TO GIVE YOU A HEADS UP. THEY ARE PROMPT. GREAT COMPANY. I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!

Google5I had an older wooden garage door that had broken and needed replacing. I called JGS and Victor came out quickly and gave me an estimate for a new one, i accepted it and as it was a special order(color option) it would take four weeks to come in. A JGS crewman patched up the old one so i could use it in the mean time at no additional charge, classy move. Installers name was Tony and he did a great job, showed up on time was super neat and courteous. Great job!
