Google5I called precision garage door this morning as a result of a long-term problem with my garage door opener, losing its programming. The opener is 25 years old, so it was due for a change. The technician, Carlos, explained everything to me and give me some options, and my decision was to go with the latest and greatest LiftMaster door opener. He installed it and figure it out all the technical adjustments and programmed My phone and my vehicle to the opener. A very neat and efficient job. It was done in a couple of hours, and I’m extremely happy with the service and the product.. And Carlos, the technician did a fantastic job Dennis Hamel

Google5Juan arrived on time, Juan was polite and answered all my questions and concerns regarding my equipment wich had been purchased 15 yrs ago. He took the time to assure I had all the parts needed to complete the installation of my equipment. I am a senior project manager and have seen alot of technicians show up on a project and not take the time to do the preliminary inspection to assure nothing was missing and or working properly before just installing something and finding out that it dose not work or 1 key component is missing. I would recommend Jaun and precision door to my friends and colleagues, Thank you Jaun for your professional work ethics

Google5They arrived on time.They called when they were on their way. They removed the old door and took that with them. nathan and ryan did an awesome job, very knowledgeable. i am fussy, but I would recommend this company to anyone. Their cleanup was awesome.

Google5Sunny was very professional and on time. He explained everything and he did some troubleshooting and explain the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. At the end of the install, he addressed all the problems, and I was very pleased with the results. I would hardly recommend them in the future, and he also offered me some advice on a future Issue that I might have and can address at any time. And explain to me how to use all the new devices, including the Bluetooth portion of the install. Very pleased with him in the company.

Google5The two installers from precision garage door service that came to my house to install my garage.Doors and my garage door openers were phenomenal.. They deserve more than a five star rating!! They were not only meticulous with the installing of the equipment.They also made sure that everything was the way I wanted it.. They checked rechecked and adjusted all the doors and equipment. Before they left, they even wiped down the garage.Doors for me...smiling One of the best investments i've ever made... Wonderful company great installers and comfortable price.... Thanks guys... Ray.

Google5My serviceman Juan De Leon was excellent. He clearly explained all the issues with my 20 year old garage door opening system, gave me an estimate right away and had all needed parts on his truck. He was friendly, efficient and even reset the automatic opener in my car. Im very pleased with the service

Google5Our garage door operated intermittently. I tried everything and finally called Precision. They sent a service technician, Sonny, who showed up on time for a scheduled appointment. He was polite, professional, and efficient. He listened, analyzed the situation, and within an hour new sensors were installed for a reasonable price. I wish I could give you 6 Stars! We now have a trusted company for life. Keep up the good work and God bless.
