Had a problem with my garage doors they were closing then opening back up again. I called them and they came down the next day made and adjustment and were gone in less than 15 minutes. I noticed two days latter that their was a 2 inch gap and Mice and Chipmunks were looking for a home in the cold weather. I called them three times and they never got back to us so if they do a job make sure it's done right, or they probably won't call you back they just left us hanging so now will call another place to do it right the first time.

This company “fixed” my garage door about a year ago, but now the bolts that they used completely fell out, leaving me with a useless door. I called them on a Friday, they said they would call me on Monday morning then come by that afternoon. They never called so I called them and left a message. No call back. I left a message the next day. Nothing. I waited a day and called again. He answered and said he would be in my area that afternoon and would come by. Never called. Never come by. I had to just call another company.

Andy was great. I called him from work and he went out that day to take a look at my garage door. When he called me later, he told me the price was lower than he had originally said. He also told me he could be there the next afternoon to fix it. He was good as his word and now our garage door works perfectly. Thanks so much!!!

My garage door would close, then open back up again. They came out and fixed it. Two months later, same thing, door would close completely, then open back up again. They charged me $15 MORE on the second "repair" than they did on the first one! When I asked why they didn't guarantee their work, the reply was "not on something that old" (14 yrs).
