Our garage door wouldn’t always stay closed when we lowered it. It was also uneven at the bottom and was rough and rattly as it closed. I called Lowry and Chris came by the next day. He diagnosed the problems—there were two—and had them quickly repaired. The door was working like new again! We always use Lowry Doors—responsive and reliable.

We contacted Lowry Doors to review an estimate for our three-car garage (two garage door replacement). We were comfortable with the selection, the price, and their association with Costco… but, our sales rep, Mike Davidson, was the primary reason we selected Lowry. Outstanding service, great guidance, and a true professional were his strong points! Now we wait for the garage door to be built, prepped, and installed. We will provide a final review at that time. Thank you Mike and Lowry! UPDATE: The doors look amazing! One of our older garage door openers bonded when closing the new doors and Lowry recommended a better opener and came back a second time for its install. I had a couple of concerns which were promptly addressed to our satisfaction. That’s a mark of a good company! 😊 Update: 6 months later. we contact Lowry to correct a remote control unit not working with the door. Chris Angell was dispatched to assist. Very quick and outstanding service! Seems as if the door simply needed to be realigned, which he did. Then he showed me the exact procedure to program the opener, which was not listed in the manual or online. Fast and educational. Thanks Chris!

Blake from Lowry Doors came out today and did an outstanding job servicing our garage doors. As a homeowner, it’s such a relief when you find a service provider you can trust, and Blake is one of those guys. He greased the tracks, tightened the coil, and spent a solid hour giving both doors a full tune-up. They’re running smoother and quieter than they have in years. Blake is knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything he was going to do, and then followed through and walked me through the results. Really impressed with both the company and the technician. Great service all around. Highly recommend!

My entire experience with Lowry’s garage doors was excellent!! Jasmine in the office was very helpful and accommodating.(5 stars) My appointment time was from 12 to 4, but Blake came at 1pm. Which was super great! He assessed very quickly what the problem was with my garage door. He was very thorough and explaining anything or answering my questions. First let me say Lowry Doors would get a 3 or 4 stars. I’m giving them 5 because of Anthony Sandoval. Interaction with Lowry is great, the salesman or the one that measured and gave us a bid for the door was great. Calling on the phone with questions and information on payment and ordering great. I recommend them for anything you need with your garage door. I’m giving them 5 stars because of the interactions I’ve had with Anthony. Anthony has been to my house only 2 times but each time he listened to all my questions and concerns. He took the time to understand what I was asking or worried about and then went to work on what needed to be done. He is quick and knows his stuff. After he is done he shows me what he did and what was wrong. He explains why what he did will fix the problem and then asks if we have other questions and then again takes the time to answer, even the dumb ones. Yes highly recommend Lowry Doors. Wish I had another garage door to replace so I could work with them again.

Ben and Anthony did a great job installing my garage door. It was a 12 ft. by 18 ft door. They installed the door in 4 hours. Looks and works great and they showed me how everything works. They cleaned up the mess and made sure everything looked good. When ordering the door they let us know all the options and made sure we had everything we wanted. They were very helpful and spent the time with us to make sure we're happy.

See above for how it went...not satisfied in the least. Services Rendered: I paid for the $80 garage door tune-up as my door has been going down until it gets about 1-2 feet from closing, then stopping and coming back up, the lights then flash. I explained this to the "technician" that came out, he explained what could cause it and I "assumed" that he would also adjust the "eyes" as he called them so that it would no longer do this. Obviously he did not was the when I went to close the door after he left....yep, door got to within 1-2 feet of closing, stopped and came back up then the lights flashed. It only does it about once out of every 10 tries, but still..I had hoped it would not do it at all after the service.

Lowry Overhead Door got us on their schedule pretty quickly. They gave us a two hour window for their technician to arrive and he arrived within that window.
