Google5Rick was very fast to get his guy out and get us taken care of when our chain came off. Was complete about four hours after I called. Garage door is working well and the technician went the extra mile to secure the lift to the ceiling in our garage. Highly recommend them!

Google5Not only were they very quick to reach out to me once I sent an inquiry from Thumbtack, the work they did was excellent and their repairman was very kind and respectful! Steven helped us figure out the problem, wasn't pushy on upselling or fixing unnecessary things. He also told me that our motor may be covered until a warranty so we could potentially get it for free (which it was!). Grateful for honest and helpful people! Would definitely recommend and will keep their number!

Google5I reached out at 7:31pm last night and had a response from Rick and technician scheduled by 7:36pm. Incredible service and it gets better! Stephen arrived by 9pm and had both springs replaced on our door by 10pm, as we needed to be able to leave early this morning. Stephen was SO kind, considerate and respectful. I can’t say enough good things or recommend them enough. You don’t get service like this anymore, so that made it all the more refreshing. Good, honest people. Good, honest work.

Google5Prolift garage doors is a phenomenal company to deal with! They replaced my springs that had broken on my garage door. Jared was excellent to deal with, he went above and beyond to find the correct parts for the repair although he spent a good chunk of hours trying to find the correct parts which cost his company lost money. He still honored the low price that he quoted for my repair. His technician did an excellent job on the repair and was very pleasant to have in our home. I very highly recommend this company!!

Google5These guys are fantastic, they were able to quickly replace my garage door and my opener. They worked with several different suppliers to find something in stock that was a perfect match to my previous door. I will also add that the opener they installed is amazing, it is super quiet. The follow up and follow through on their commitments was also spot on. I highly recommend them, they deserve 10 stars!
