Google5Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk with. He explained the entire operation of my door and not only fixed the problem but did a fone tune, as well. Incredible service!! I wouldn't highly recommend them !! No wonder they were rated AAA+ with the BBB!

Google5Garage stopped working late on a cold night. Called into their customer service and was put on the schedule next day. Their technician, Andrew Long, came and explained all of our options. He replaced and corrected the entire garage system with an extremely nice upgraded system. Andrew is a Godsend and very respectable tech. He's both professional and knowledgeable, and I appreciate his time and courtesy. Highly recommend.

Google5Had some springs replaced and the garage door adjusted, was a good deal. Easy scheduling, tech was on-time, Andrew Long did a great job and was a nice guy. Good price too, they offer you upsells but aren't scam artists.

Google5Had to have my entire garage door, motor and belt replaced. The quote was reasonable and fair. Miguel was our technician. He was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He arrived early, took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why my other door failed. He got the job done super fast... Especially for being by himself. He was great!

Google5COS Joseph G (Lil' Joe) was the installer when we originally replaced our old garage doors (A1 Garage Door Specialist was their name then). Then when we had the maintenance done he was our tech again. It was nice to see a familiar face. Joe was very thorough, adding screws to our door seal that had pulled lose when it got frozen on the floor in the winter. He ensured all the bolts were tight, lubricated all moving parts, made tweaks at the curves in the rails which makes the door roll easily around the corners. Joe explained how the springs lose tension over time when a door is used a lot so he adjusted both doors so there is not much weight on them which helps the openers running smoothly and last longer. We had one bulb burned out up on the opener housing. We had 4 new 60W bulbs so he replaced them for us. He was efficient, helpful and friendly. We really appreciate Joe's quality service and Don's Garage Doors has an excellent employee representing their company. Thank you! See you next year!
