Yelp5Ran into garage door issues. Harris was one of three we called that could come out. Service tech that came out was more than helpful. Walked us through everything he was doing and again when finished. Would definitely recommend this company.

Yelp5A person in our household backed into the closed garage door this morning. I called Harris Door, and he was able to work us into his schedule within hours! He was able to straighten the bottom panel, set the door back on the tracks, and do routine maintenance all in about an hour! The price was very reasonable, and I recommend Harris to anyone needing a garage door serviced or a new door. Thank You!

Yelp5Our 25 year-old garage door opener failed and we decided to replace the door as well as the opener. We had five different companies provide us quotes on several product lines. Neil Harris was patient while we spent a good amount of time looking at doors in various neighborhoods, and asking him follow-up questions. He was very competitive on pricing, and personally participated in and supervised the installation. We are very happy with the selected door line, style, and the professional communication and installation Harris Door provided. Very highly recommended.

Yelp3Our 6 year old Wayne Dalton garage door stopped working. The garage door would not go up. You could hear a kind of clunking sound but you could clearly see that the chain was not moving. My husband climbed up to investigate and noticed it looked as if the chain jumped positions. I called for service. Two men came out and ended up replacing the spring and housing above the garage door and then the motor. It came to over $700 dollars. (Essentially a new garage opener system) We were surprised since we had guessed it was going to be a simpler fix around $100. The reasoning for the replacement seemed sound however not being able to be shown the damaged parts and not asked if we wanted to keep the damaged motor since we owned it showed a lack of customer care and that is why I give them a 3. If we had been shown the damage and asked if we wanted them to dispose of the old motor I would have been comfortable with a 4 or 5.
