Google3The repairman was great. He was efficient in troubleshooting to ID the problem and in repairing it. However, two issues 1) the repairman order three part: control board, motor, and transmission. Of these, he only replaced the control board, but the invoice charged me for all three. Since it's under warranty, it didn't cast me a cent, but this is costing somebody a lot of money for goods and services not rendered. 2) The process of contacting the warranty provider (1-888 #) was time consuming, required several trips back to Lowes where I bought the washing machine (where they could not help me) and a trip to my library to figure out how to attach my purchase receipt to the email the call center sent me. I'm 80-years old and not adept at computer technology and doing all the attachment stuff that was required.

Google1Technician good- Scheduling an Customer Service- miserable. Initial visit was rescheduled 2 times because the technician arrived outside of the arrival window. Once he was here, the tech was great in diagnosing the problem and ordering parts. The parts were ordered on Wednesday 1/14 and supposed to deliver prior to the follow up appointment Monday 1/19. However on Friday 1/16 the appointment got moved because the system said the parts wouldn’t deliver, but the part showed up on Friday! Now my follow up appointment keeps getting moved out, I can’t get a hold of anyone with the customer service to tell them it’s here, and I still have a washer that’s broken! Again- technician was good and did his job. Customer Service was miserable

Google4Dreshawn is a great technician, he works really well with his customers. Unfortunately our washing machine could not be repaired due to the new motor sent was defective. I was told by Dreshawn that either Greg or Dreshawn would be here on Friday December 19th to repair my washer. As of today I haven't received any confirmation that my washing machine repair appointment is on Friday December 19th. I really don't know what's going on. My only complaint would be not being informed of any plans to finish repairing my washing machine and I don't know if a new part is going to be mailed like before.

Google3I am disappointed that the dryer still makes a lot of noise. The technician did not complete the job even though he replaced the blower and motor. He told me that it was alright and that he tested it himself. Next time, I won’t trust the technician and will check his work, making sure that he completes the job😡

Google5Dre was not the person who fixed my washer. Greg was. He was great. The Sears service however was not satisfactory. Whole thing was AI. No communication with Sears. Greg was fast, friendly and very well informed. I do not blame Greg for Sears service. I blame the laziness of using A I and not speaking with the customer. I'm only giving five stars for Sears hiring greg. No other reason.

Google1The technician was EXTREMELY RUDE! He came with another tech and they both appeared to be high on drugs. One guy was twitching and talking very fast and You can smell the foul smell on the both of them. He left with out completing the diagnostic on my washer and then I get an email with him forging my signiture like he completed it when he did not complete it at all. I have witnesses and also have him on camera storming out. I would never recommend these services there's no one to contact about them or report them so I'm thinking of making a police report. This company is seriously a joke. I'm so upset. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Google1Gregg technician changed my arrival time every hour from 9:45 am, 10:10 am, 12:10 pm, 2:14 pm, and finally showed up at 4:14 pm. He was here for half an hour put second clamp on. Now this morning went to use washer machine and got an error of 01/F (pictures below)-. He claims to be an experienced technician of 20 years yet still this message. HELP SEND A TECHNICIAN THAT WILL GET MY WASHING MACHINE WORKING CORRECTLY. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME A TECHNICIAN WILL BE AT MY HOUSE AND I HAVE TO SIT AT HOME FOR HOURS.

Google1The technician was rude. He called 20 minutes before arrival when I was supposed to get a call or text the night before or morning of the appointment. A 9 hour window for the appointment is ridiculous! When I said something about being notified like the text I received when making the appointment said, he got defensive and said he had nothing to do with that. Funny, he didn't have any problems calling me 20 minutes before. Then when I talked to him about ordering the part he became even more rude. He called me "entitled" because I wanted a more direct answer than I don't know how long it will take. He was yelling at me so loud my friend who was outside could hear him in my basement yelling at me on the phone. He told me I could come fix it myself! Pray you don't get this technician assigned to your repair.
